They already have their answer and they know deep down inside Obama is no friend of Christians. Myself, I think Obama's attending of Trinity United Church of Christ was simply a vote getter for the South Side of Chicago and to support Black Liberation Theory.

A President is supposed to represent ALL of the people and should lead without personal agenda. Obama's appropriate response should have been to pass on commenting on the issue. Christian Blacks won't vote for Obama this time around.

    I think you're totally wrong!
The President had the right, in fact the duty, of expressing his opinion. . .and, by the way, that opinion was NOT a mandate for everyone to agree with him!
And, MANY Christian support gay rights, ALL gay rights!
Only ridiculous hyper religious bigots have an outdated problem with gays.

By the way, have you noticed the new polls? More Black people are now in favor of gay rights than EVER before!
    And it's just the beginning!

But. . .don't believe me! . . .you want a link? How about a half dozens?

Huffing Paint Post isn't a legitimate source of news, only opinion.

That would mean 61% do NOT.

70% of Americans are members of religions,( including Democrats), and we think the "crazy non religious people should go (*)(*)(*)(*) themselves", and leave us the hell alone.

Get ready for the bewilderment when you learn how miniscule your numbers are this November...

The Coalition of African American Pastors, which includes MOST of the people still alive who marched with MLK regularly, condemned the NAACP for their "pro-gay marriage" statement last week.

BLacks are sick and tired of the Gay Guevaras pretending that genital preference = race, and are making that quite clear.

    Yeah...like Martin Luther King, Jr.?
Votes on gay marriage: 33-0 AGAINST. And it isn't "the same" as RACE....ask the blacks in the OP...

How sweet! You can calculate 100 - 39!
That would be great. . .if you could also use some analytic skills. . .like the fact that a good percentage of people are usually "undecided!"

And. . .look at what is happening . . .in the last 2 months, there has been a shift in FAVOR of gay marriage, and increase of 19% in the "In favor" of gay marriage among Black voters. . .Not bad!

    Great question!

I guess, for some people, gay couples are more threatening to their marriage than divorced people!

You really can't read through quotes, can you?

Well, if you must have everything handed to you. . .here is a source:

    http://www.metroweekly.com/mt/mt-search.cgi?blog_id=18&tag=Maryland&limit=20

And just so you don't think it is too limited of a source, here is another one (in addition to the half dozen I provided to you in an earlier post in this thread)

Indeed, Obama is supposed to represent ALL of the people!

That's why the leader of a free country MUST allow for personal liberties for its citizens. There is NO reason to ban the marriage of a people who wish to marry their OWN gender because of a particular group's religious views.

And I see NO SIGN of Obama suggesting ANYONE must be GAY MARRIED, so I can only imagine that the people who wish to ban it are afraid of their own lack of ability to control their desires.

It is NOT OUR job to protect YOUR morality!

Listen, I know your all excited that you found a new and funny 'pun insult', but you really should do some research. Che hated Gay people and murdered them wherever possible. So linking him and the Gay community is funny. And not Funny Ha-Ha, more Sad funny, like the crying clown kinda thing.

You are really funny when you try so hard to negate Factual information that doesn't mean your bigoted agenda!

You really are trying to say that the 7 or 8 sources I provided are all "a bunch of nuts?"

Now,. . .who is the nut?

Obama doesn't care about black clergy. Hell, he threw his best friend Rev. Wright under the bus, do you really think he cares about the ones he doesn't personally know?
