When did I say Jet streams effect out electricity effects a cloud? I said global forces make a weather system infinitely more complicated than a contained system.

 

Again we are back to how a controlled system, changes how the laws of physics operate. Seems we made a big circle.

 

Dude....they can create, steer, dissipate hurricanes anywhere they choose to. HAARP does a lot of 'classified" things, including weather manipulation.

 

You keep saying the laws of physics change. Of course they don't change. That's retarded. What does change is the complexity of the system. That's what I've been saying this whole time and that's what you've been ignoring. It's only a circle because you are holding on to this dumb notion that all we need is more electricity to control the weather. If that's all we needed we'd be doing it by now.

Well, I don't know. China does it, Russia does it. There are other countries as well. It's been around since the seventies. You need to brush up on that research you haven't done yet.

 

The most China has done is cloud seeding. Which causes a rainstorm. Not a freaking hurricane. And they do it from a plane. Not a research facility 3000 miles away.

I do ask questions. I'm not intelligent enough not to ask them to Infowars. I have always been curious about weather control. I find it to be a fascinating subject. Which is why I can say beyond a doubt that we do not have the technology, energy or computational ability to create, grow, and target a hurricane. The technology simply does not exist. And if it did there would be far more money going into using it to prevent the destruction of expensive coastal land than for some arbitrary weapon that for some reason unexplained we're using against our own people.

Not to mention you SOMEHOW believe that these hurricanes are being created in the Caribbean and targeted at New York from all the way in Alaska! How (*)(*)(*)(*)ing stupid can a theory get!? Even the most sophisticated weather manipulation methods we have require action be taken locally. Not 3000 god (*)(*)(*)(*)ed miles away! Get (*)(*)(*)(*)ing real with this idea that I'm afraid of the truth. I LIVE for sci-fi tech like this. I actually DO research it. You on the other hand get all your information from conspiracy sites and the history channel or some other COMPLETELY unqualified site. Weather warfare isn't new warfare. We used it in NAM. Other countries have it as well and it can be countered just like normal weapons. No reason to shoot your six shot pistols in the air and scream "yeeeehawww" just yet.

Some think that if we use weapons to attack our own land, no one will question why we are at war. Sadly YouTube has been going crazy with video's that breakdown the attacks on the USA. Trust me, you don't want to watch them. Just be happy. Ignorance is bliss.

 

Here you go again. I never claimed that we can create a hurricane. I stated that I have seen things with my own eyes like 100 watts moving clouds in a cylinder, and the fact that 40 years ago a scientific site had no security, and now looks like Ft. Knox, and stated you have to be ignorant to not have questions.

The most we're capable of is cloud seeding. Which is really only capable of producing a relatively low amount of extra rain. No more than a typical above average rainfall. We've had very limited success in using it in war tactics.

 

That's incorrect. China, Russia both have Tesla arrays, and (unlike the US) openly admit to using them for weather manipulation. HAARP heats the ionosphere, and can do a great many things, including creating earthquakes selectively.

The technology exists for a combination of both Chemtrails and HAARP use to
aggravate and intensify the atmosphere to such a degree cloud cover and rain
become unstoppable.
Explain how when chemtrails are used { dispersed by marked jets } a clear blue sky
turns cloudy in no time.

 

You'll notice some folks have agendas and will not respond to your point. Some people have their heads so far up their azzes I seriously doubt coherent thought is even possible any more, and some simply have a prepaid agenda to propagate.

Something so blatantly obvious that all they have to do is look up on occasion to confirm or deny such things and they somehow still can't even do that, and probably wouldn't acknowledge what it is they see anyway. Stupidity or just plain willful ignorance? I'm not sure.

 

The claim was that hurricane sandy was manufactured. I've yet to see any evidence that we A. have the tech to create a hurricane. B. Have the tech to aim a hurricane at a target. and C. have any motivation to destroy our most productive ports.

 

Show evidence that hurricanes can be created and directed. Avoid personal attacks.

 

You haven't put any serious research into the term "geo-engineering"...quite obviously. Convincing you of its use isn't likely to happen in this thread either. Can you prove that it WASN'T manufactured??? No...I didn't think so. Therefore, it must have been manufactured. You see how silly your argument is? Do some research dude and, then offer an educated commentary afterwards.

 

I have done some research on it. And it's impossible. It's not within the realm of science. It's science fiction. The energy required to do what you think HAARP is doing is WELL beyond what HAARP is using. We are talking several nuclear power plants worth of energy. Not even a single nuclear power plant would be enough energy to cause an earth quake or heat a large body of water capable of forming a hurricane. It's not possible. Period. You're not better researched. You're just more gullible.

 

You don't have to go far when you are already there. Travel time zero.

 

The amount of energy required to make an Earthquake would literally turn Alaska into a smoking pile of ash. I don't know how much more impossible you could get. We do not produce that much energy. If we had a way of doing so out military would not be running on fossil fuels. That's for (*)(*)(*)(*) sure.
