From what I've read she + her alleged "rapist " a colleague , was both drunk. She should have known better than place herself in such a situation.

A Netanya rabbi was charged on Monday with raping a 12-year-old girl. David Hafuta, 64, who prayed at the same synagogue as the minor, allegedly assaulted her on several occasions between July 2010 and May of this year.

According to the indictment, the girl asked Hafuta questions about religious matters. In response, he told her that he wants to "reveal her purpose in the world," and for that she has to meet him.


Last July, the defendant asked the victim to wait for him early in morning at a Netanya intersection. He picked her up in his car and drove her to the beach. There he told her that she is fated "to become the messiah's mother," and that she must "atone for all the bad deeds that she has done so far" by having sexual relations with him.

He then conducted a marriage ceremony with the girl while still in the car, and swore her to secrecy. At one point he asked her to take her clothes off, and assaulted her.

If only, we could find nice girls of morals who are willing to fornicate us into relationships, simply for the sake of honesty as a moral and form of respect toward fellow human beings.

 

I think Europe must say to muslims who want live in our european countries "you want become European? No problem, but you forrget your religion and you marry our culture. If no, you go away from our borders!".

 

There is a very significant difference: in the case you describe the victim wasn't arrested and charged with a crime.

That is why so many people are upset about this case. They realize that people get raped all over the world. In most places the rapist is charged and the victim is provided help coping with the effects of the attack.

It is shocking to us that a country would actually arrest a victim and charge the victim of such a terrible act with a crime.

In none of the cases you people mentioned the victim was arrested for getting abused, this is a huge, massive difference when compared to a Rape victim who gets jailed for having sex....

She was not thrown to jail , was sentenced . This event was in March . She could retain a lawyer during this time or could ask for help to her company . The company was belongs a Swedish person. Still she laid off after these event . The person who accused of rape was a Norwegian . Likely she couldnot prove her claims and was sentenced to prison a few days ago .

 

This is not going to happen.
