Yep, absolutely, they are fighting for freedom, democracy, liberty, human rights and the pursuit of happiness, aren't they? LOL Oops in the real world Assad, his government and his army have dedicated their lives to suppressing freedom, democracy, liberties, human rights....This is not to say that the opposition is any better. Newsflash - there are no good guys in this civil war and you are not fooling anyone.
Don't you get tired of this stupid propaganda ? A civil war does not start nor continue for 3 years because of alien forces. A civil war is starts because the people who are reduced to slaves can no longer suffer from the oppressive regime. Their status is so bad, they feel death is better than the continuation of their torment and their children torment. Sure, this is why the Egyptians army has closed Al-Jazira TV and is actively blocking their satellite reception in Egypt. You see, feeding propaganda to the west, you need to think of something that deals with the obvious facts. But that never bothers you, does it ? You just fake photos and post them are real to spread your lies....
gaza is tired of israel agreed Syria is a secular free society. Please stay on topic I guess that you just dont want to see. must be a guilty conscious, are you going to hang yourself next?
prove that i fake photos, which photos did i fake? they were shown on cnn and fox news, i got them from news sites
some people believe that being a 'free man' means that to false witness against another human-being is OK. It is basic common sense, that the LIE that that person wrote is punishable.
oh really....... Gaza donor conference: conspiracy wrapped up as compassion By Jean Shaoul 5 March 2009 The donor conference Monday at Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt had nothing to do with alleviating the appalling humanitarian crisis in Gaza and rebuilding the homes, factories, infrastructure and schools destroyed by Israelits ostensible purpose The conference was attended by diplomats from 45 countries, but not by Israel Egypt's Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit announced that international donors had pledged $5.2 billion from 68 countries for rebuilding Gaza. He said that the total was "beyond our expectations." The Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia, pledged $1.65 billion, the US $900 million, and the European powers $554 million Hmmmm.... the state with 'arab' in its name, just proved otherwise as they contributed more than any other 'people'. Does it hurt to find that what you believe, is crap? I am thinking that they may hate the "jews", living in palestine but normal people dont hate other people, just for being alive, unless perhaps just a bigot, like the zionist pukes have proven to be.
right now, if america 'goes it alone' without UN support, would mean, that america is supporting a dictatorial government, simply because the majority of americans are 'against' obama and the congress/senate on the issue and yet our military are to be murdering, against the majority, across the board. It's scary Do you realize, in the real world, i have not spoken to 1 single person, except on these forums, that even remotely supports the administrations pursuit to fire on syria. Again, scary to even see the news as it is a mass brainwashing, without even an observance to the opposition. The question of why the Russian intelligence is not even considered in open public, is scary as i cannot comprehend pride being a reason to be a part of politics. dam, i hate politics but when i smell a big war unfolding, that I would like to believe, can be stopped, right now. I can't help but posting up a storm front.
I disagree.. the only "good guys" IMHO is Assad. You cannot have a democracy in the Mideast (other than Israel). The choice is between a secular authoritative government or the religious fanatics.. If Assad would have stood for "freedom, democracy,..", etc... his government wouldn't have lasted very long -- the Islamist fanatics would have taken over.
The general American is clueless about foreign policy, so they really shouldn't be the ones making the decisions.
They fighting for Secular Syria, and that is good enough for me. A Syria that was tolerant of all religions and ethnic group. A Syria that Pope Benedict called "an example of coexistence and tolerance to the world." I do not care what you have to say. Assad and Syria will not give up. Obama and his lap dog Israel picked on the wrong country.
It's obvious that the ethinic, relegious and other Syrian groups fighting against Assad (probably half the country or so) at the moment disagree with your idyllic characterization of your favorite "benevolent" tyrant and dictator Assad, otherwise they would not have had any reason to fight in the first place. And before you start talking about the rebels being foreigners etc let me remind you that Assad would have been defeated and beheaded a long time ago if it was not for the support or Iranian, Russian and Hezbollah foreigners financing him heavily and fighting on his side.
Educate me what ethnic , religious and "other" Syrian groups are fighting against SAA and Assad. Since you are the expert on Syrian Civil War, then I am willing to listen to you. Are Christians fighting against Assad ? Nope. http://news.yahoo.com/christian-valley-sends-sos-syrian-army-025035978.html Are Alawites fighting against Assad? Nope. Otherwise the Alawite Heartland in Latakia, Tartous and the mountainous regions in Western Syria would be full of war. They are not , those regions are untouched by war and are loyal to SAA and Assad. Are other Shias from Iraq fighting against Assad? Nope. They are fighting for Assad and created Liwa Abu al-Fadhal al-Abbas , for Shias to join and fight for Syria. Are moderate Sunnis and Palestinians fighting against Assad? Nope. If they had fought against Assad, then West Aleppo would have fallen a long time ago. West Aleppo is full of secular moderate Sunnis who hate terrorists. Palestinians are fighting side by side with SAA in Yarmouk Refugee Camp in Damascus against terrorists. Who is fighting against Assad? Religious and extremist Sunnis from Eastern Regions. They come from Deir ez-Zor, Ar-Raqqah and Deraa. You know nothing about these cities and Syrian society. You know nothing about how Syria developed over the last centuries and the reasons why Western Syria was always moderate and Secular. Eastern Syria was always more conservative, backward and religious. Has nothing to do with Assad, his father, Syrian Army, Russia, Hezbollah or anyone else. They are poorer and more religious because they were isolated from Western Syria by huge deserts, and never experienced the same level of development. They never had any contact with other people and foreigners who came to Syria to trade. The trade routes were exclusively in Western and Central Syria and Aleppo. People there had more contact with outside world and were more modern and liberal. Those from Deir ez Zor and Ar-Raqqah were more religious and extremist in their views.
A "benevolent" tyrant.. hell, a "benevolent" anything cannot exist in the middle east. Fundamentalist do not take kindly to weak leaders. To control the Islamist, you need an iron hand. Without this iron hand, other religions would have been wiped out a long time ago.... some societies do not understand democracy... democracy does not mean you have a right to believe in any religion as long as it's Islam or else it's death. This is the reason I side more with Assad than the rebels... the lessor of two evils.
Yeah, how dare the SyrianGirl not welcome these "liberal freedom fighters in Syria". After all, what could be better than having your country "liberated" by ginger haired African and a red bearded Chechen. I can smell freedom and democracy!!!!!!!! How about a Somali freedom fighter ? and a Chechen! How dare SyrianGirl put her faith and support for these Syrian Army men........ I swear I will not tolerate any liberation or freedom imposed on my country by ginger haired Africans, Somalis, or Chechen jihadis. I would rather wipe them out with chemical weapons but never suffer the humiliation of being ruled by such "liberal freedom fighters"
There are a few dozen arab countries in the region with substantial military capabilities. Why aren't these arab countries doing anything to stop this?
If you think Assad has a prayer at taking out USA and Israel you are sorely mistaken. All Assad can do is act like a college pledge - bend over and say "Thank you sir may I have another?"
Are you posting facebook links of people in the US military on public websites without their authorization?
