Federal authorities charge white ‘knockout’ suspect with hate crime

If say you are attacking someone who is black and you are white, and you single them out because of that one reason, and then are dumb enough to video it... then you are looking at a hate crime.

It really is that simple.

 

Son you are the one in a bubble if you don't understand that every HR manager in the country is tasked with the job of finding a "minority" candidate for every opening.......or the colleges and universities don't give preferences/scholarships to less qualified blacks........there have been Supreme Court cases challenging this reverse racism......Google is your friend......learn about what's going on in the world.......young, liberal, ignorant and self-loathing is a terrible way to go through life......just sayin'

 

Blacks call the game "Knock out whitey game" The liberal media changed it to the knock out game. Cleverly leaving off the "whitey" part. Or are you actually going to take the position that of the hundred or so videos you have seen of black people sucker punching white people, that those were not racist but when the one white guy that did it was?

 

It's not simple when after years and scores of black attacks on whites the only offender the black attorney general can find to prosecute is a white guy.

 

Don't be ridiculous, blacks have shown time and time again they cannot be held to the same standard as every other race in the US.
For a majority of them the cause is totally lost - the bar has been lowered and there it will remain.

In the good news their population density is mostly stagnant and with the lack of response to black on black crime we can expect it to start falling soon. I welcome more AA programs , more social programs, and more abortion (since they are the main beneficiaries of all) - it is in the best for the future of this country.

Hence, why I haven't revealed my name on here(and don't intend to). If nationally, my political opponents will try to look in a database then I can claim my rights as a private citizen to unreasonable searches and warrants. But even if my opponents foolishly believe they can use my beliefs against me, the competition that's known as Politics is not about demeaning another person's ideas.

(That's just the dumbed down version for an incredibly dumbed down population) The competition known as Politics is about making your ideas superior to your opponent's, which I'm confident of.

It's only the weaker opponent who, understanding that their ideas are inferior to the opposition that begins to try to tear down the other side.

My wife and I spent time in jobs where we hired and fired. My wife never had one Black person apply for any job and the jobs ranged from receptionist to stock brokers.

One of the few people I had to fire and I did everything that I could to keep people was a black guy who would not work. I had to look for him and when I found him hiding I told him to at least pretend to be working but he couldn't even do that so I had to fire him when he took a customer's car to his girlfriend's house for three hours.

Nasty crime... he should receive harsh punishment. Shame on MSM for giving him the publicity he wanted.

 

They all should receive the same punishment, to be fair. That said, I do not agree with the thought police "hate crimes" scenario.

I don't have stats at hand, but I'd guess most of the idiots committing these attacks are young. Which means few will recv strong sentences... no matter what color they are.

 

I hate "hate" crimes because they are bias and are not just. But I don't care if this guy gets it----even if its not "fair"--smacking a 79 year old----I don't care.

 

What is most sad is that the 79 year old did not have a loaded handgun to return the favor.

 

Black people have problems but its not due to racism embedded in society but poor education, poor economic opportunity, corruption by the politicians and "leaders" who use the black people for political gain, the destruction of the black family and the social fabric, the drug war, and a counter-productive "welfare" system.

Its also generational. The 20-somethings don't think twice about dating or marrying a person of a different race, to a large extent racism is over in the younger generation. That doesn't mean a white girl (or any girl) won't cross the street when she is approached by a couple of black teens looking and acting like thugs, thats just being cautious. Whether you like it or not, in certain parts of the nation criminal behaviour is the domain of the young black male, and its a well deserved reputation.

 

That is sad. People think this is a racial thing....but actually I think that with the black family disinigration we are seeing what will be the norm as the white family follows suit.

 

Interesting comment. The problem is that there are few blacks that go for the jobs that pay back, like tech. I have had some interesting experience with this. One was a guy that worked for a competitor and now I work for the same company and he is still there. He was level headed and good at what he does. I once commented that I sent my daughter to a Christian School and he said that he understood sending her to a school that was mostly white. I had to correct him that the school was mostly black. It is about perception.

I once worked, years ago, for a small company in my 20s, and I hired a black girl. The owner made me fire her because, IMHO, she was black. Her mother came in and asked why. I was a coward at that time and did what the owner wanted and lied to her mother. I will never, ever forget that. It still haunts me to this day and I wish I could remember her name.

Another experience was in an auto mfg facility where a black guy was not doing his job. He was fired but the union got his job back. He slept more than he worked.

Another experience was listening to a manager go through job applications and get to one that was a black applicant and he laughed and threw it in the trash.

In some cases it is simply perception. For instance, in tech, there are very few blacks so the percentage of blacks influences the perception that they are not good at what they do. Let me explain. It is a numbers game. Tech work is as follows. 10%, 40%, 50%. No matter what race, 10% are self motivators. 40% do the work but need some guidance. 50% need to be told what to do. So if you have 10 companies with 10 techs each, given the racial makeup of the country, you would have 1 black tech in each company. Out of those 10 black techs, one would be 10%, 4 would be 40% and 5 would be 50%. The majority of "perception" would be less than the self motivator.

In one company I worked for, it was exactly as above. We had one black tech. He was in the 50%. Yet I would choose him over any of the white techs. Why? Because when I needed help, he was one of the few that would show up and I could tell him what I needed (not tooting my horn but I was a 10%er).

The race card is pathetic, the Sharpton's and Jackson's of the world make a living off on exploiting ignorant people.

 

I know. But you can't tell them something if they refuse to see it. The real evidence is that if a Jew is attacked by blacks...automatic hate crime assumption by police. If a gay couple is attacked by blacks...automatic hate crime by police. If Whites are attacked by blacks---its a random assault.
