Toby Keith Is A Traitor

Just as A&E seriously violated the First Amendment rights of Phil Robertson, country singer Toby Keith is infringing on the Second Amendment rights of the customers of his restaurant.

Keith posted a sign on the front door of his new eatery that states, “NO GUNS PERMITTED”. NO GUNS!!!!????

What gall! It is the right of citizens in Virginia to open carry weapons, and Toby Keith has no right to stop this in his establishment. No business owner should be permitted to commit such an act.

Gun totin’ Virginians should unite and force the singer to accept the violence of human nature, and make him responsible for the civil litigation that will come when some drunk in his restaurant shoots another patron(s). In Virginia, the rights of innocent bystanders are of no importance, as it should be.

You realize nobody takes your trolling serious. Toby Keith or any other establishment. that bans guns on their premise isn't violating anyone's rights. Nobody is forcing anyone to eat at these places. Get a grip.

I don't know, I'm not a spokesperson for rightwing people, A&E didn't violate anyone's rights. Homeboy said stuff that pissed off the hyper sensitive crowd, so they caved. Then more people got pissed that A&E caved, so they caved again. This was never a fight about freedom of speech, it was a battle of opinion, and the crybaby crowd lost.

Actually this statement is not possible....the 1st amendment doesn't protect you from consequences of your speech unless it is the government trying to stop you from speaking
