For every Brawley you have a Susan Smith. And for every Duke Lacrosse, you have the Scottsboro Boys. Answer me this, are the people who run websites such as AngryWhitedude.com, Stuffblackpeopledon'tlike.com, and Storm front, "leftists" posing as far right wing conservatives?
Could be no way to know. Heck even ESPN had to shut down their forums because they had to many trolls and went with a facebook comment style.
Facebook comment style is great. Sometimes when an article is written about a minority criminal, the comment section is filled with facebook users. What's interesting to me is that every time I see a racist comment (which is often), I click into the page and see what their likes are, and they usually like Romney, Palin, Paul Ryan, and stuff like "Conservative daily", "the comical conservative", etc. But ah, I'm sure those were "leftists" posing as conservatives again, even going so far as to create facebook pages pretending to be conservatives.
Your experience real or made up proves nothing. Its not like you cant have multiple facebook accounts.
THAT is what is wrong and upsetting, and CONSTANT with this Administration and his minions. You have no clue what affiliation these people have and are super quick to label them who you feel it is. That is wrong! The right (and my purpose to start this thread) has to battle these labels and accusations because people will hear it enough and believe it. Look at what the left has done to the Tea Party. They took a mixed group of people wanting low taxes, smaller government, less spending, and accountability in Washington. They labeled them racist, hillbilly, farmers...whatever. I will continue to battle that crap and nothing you say will make me believe it is petty. It's important.
Sharmeka Moffitt. Is your short term memory shot? You already replied to a post that i mentioned her in.
The leftists didn't discredit the Tea Party, that was done by the people the Tea Party members elected. These Tea Party politicians have proposed some of the most draconian legislation in history and their actions have had nothing to do with lower taxes, shrinking the size of government, spending less money or calling for more accountability in Washington. They have wasted their time trying to appeal Obamacare, enact voter ID laws (that would cost more tax payer money and solve no problem), ban abortions and contraception, and create a big brother government that limits the freedoms of women and gay Americans. You can't have a smaller less intrusive government if you impose stricter regulations on citizens personal lives.
All that is off topic, but would have been more impactful if you had listed some legislative examples. What is on topic is the Race Card that has been used from before the election against Tea Party activists...that needs and has been debunked. Not one off your list points to racism.
Dude, everyone reading this thread already knows your making this up. Now, if it were me who made a stupid comment and couldn't back it up, I would try to look for a graceful way to back out. I wouldn't be doubling down. It makes yourself look ridiculous. However, I'm extremely tolerant of the ridiculous and will be more than willing to enable you in looking crazy as long as you want to reply back in this thread. Waiting for your next rant, Respectfully, Mike
I think that case was patient zero in racial hoaxes. I remember it well and totally believed it when it first came out in the news. I mean, who would carve racial slurs into their own skin and smear themselves with feces? Of course since then I've learned the answer is plenty of people would.
No, of course not. And at this point, what would be the point? My thinking is if Fox really tried to alter the evidence on Zimmerman to change people's minds about the case like MSNBC did, It would have been all over the national news for weeks, not relegated to obscurity.
