Who hates women? No one has said or implied they hate women. People have said and implied they value equality, but no one has said or implied they hate women. The only person who has ever said they don't like the other gender is taikoo. Taikoo has admitted she doesn't like men :shrug.

With DNA proof it's yours, you still can't do a blessed thing until the woman gives birth except pace the floor and bite your nails. Decisions are HERS, not yours. You want to have a say in the process? Marry her.
