Ben Carson isn't a strict conservative and he isn't a politician. If he runs and his viewpoints are vetted, he'll be hated by many conservatives that supported him when he was an acclaimed surgeon and political activist.

 

You say he isn't a politician yet you say he was an acclaimed political activist. While he was never a politician, I don't see
why Conservatives would be unhappy with his political activism since he shares most of a Conservative's political viewpoints, no?

 

He's an acclaimed surgeon, very highly respected in his field. His political commentaries shows weaknesses though. Electing Carson would be as big a mistake as electing Bush. We're talking about conservative guys who want to please everyone and are lead more by their emotions than by their principles. Carson hasn't been vetted yet, but I've seen clues that he isn't strongly opposed to some Leftist ideas. That will become even more evident if he runs.

Actually I said he can't just make policies for BLACK people, because if he did you would call him racist. Now we can move on.

East Asian IQ is the same around the world, through various environments, including children raised by White families.

How is it that East Asians, regardless of environment, have higher IQ than Whites in White majority nations?

 

Simply can't get enough, and America should be studying ways to keep the ones that are here from leaving and returning to their roots.

That is not what you wrote, because that is not what you meant. You wrote it to reflect how it seems that he is being called a racist because of the policy he is commandeering.

If that was what you wanted to convey, then you would have written it to read: If the Pres. were to do that he would be accused of racism and playing to black folks.

The over-all argument you posed was that he cannot put together a more non-white cabinet, and your argument is backed up by the Congressional Black Caucus' complaint last year.

Obama was set up to fail by a coup of racist congressmen who wanted to show the world that black people don't know how to to organize society.

A cultural overlay that involves more disciplined application to learning from a very young age. Blacks would no doubt benefit from a similar cultural change. The improvements they are already making suggest that some are.

Pray tell what 'cultural overlay' exists for East Asians adopted into White families as infants?

You can compare the IQ scores of adopted East Asians to children of other races experiencing the same familial upbringing.

Sure they do; they have a significant IQ gap with adopted White children.

The authors didn't adjust for the Flynn effect; meaning: Blacks were well below average in IQ.

Blacks, at age 7, had an IQ of 91.4; by age 17, their IQ was 83.7.

OK. So you are saying blacks are, on average, thick. Now address the topic of the question and tell me how that makes them a problem.

Perhaps the early whites should have imported smarter races to pick their cotton? But they didn't. So you are stuck with blacks. An underprivileged 15% of your population who feed your prisons out of all proportion to their demographics (thanks to mandatory sentencing, stop and frisk and the rest of the policies that target them).

Does that make them more or less of a problem. I understand prison guard unions are delighted to have the constant source of employment they provide. And those who build more and more prisons are ecstatic.
