Glenn Beck- Bundy supporters like the "Right's version of Occupy Wall Street"-

(The Blaze) – Glenn Beck has a message for anyone who is “crying for revolution, insurrection … and a call to arms”: He wants nothing to do with you.

“This morning I got up and I saw some more news reports, and more people in America that are standing up now and crying for revolution, insurrection, arming yourself, and a call to arms,” Beck said on his radio program Tuesday. “I will tell you I believe in the Second Amendment, and I will defend myself. I believe in the rights that we have. But I will tell you more than I believe in my rights, I believe in the responsibilities that we have to God. And God does not call anyone to anger. God does not call anyone to vengeance ever, ever, ever.”

Beck said on his television program Monday that, according to PsyID, a company that monitors social media, between 10 and 15 percent of those who are taking a stand for Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy are “truly frightening” and “don’t care what the facts are; they just want a fight.” Beck likened them to “the right’s version of Occupy Wall Street.”

Ooooooh, some of Glenn's fans aren't going to care for that kind of talk. They might ask for refunds on their gold coins from "Goldline" and their shelves and shelves of "Food Insurance" now.

 

Beck is wrong and he is done now. He has shown himself to be a traitor to those who supported him in the past. If the militia is so evil why are they not running around killing, assaulting, raping each other. if they are the rights version of occupy wall street then why is the right wing media not supporting them?

this is a peoples movement. Right vs left Politics has nothing to do with it. Occupy wall street was government supported and funded by elitists. It was political offensive meant to disrupt the system in appearance. In the end it was a hollow movement only meant for show.

Beck saw the risk of Bundy's militia terrorists popping off a shot at the BLM....and by supporting Bundy, find himself linked to rightwing terrorism.

BTW, Beck is NOT alone....."Daily Caller's" Tucker Carlson and "National Review's" Rich Lowry and Charles Cooke are also distancing themselves at 500 mph from Bundyites.

Though I am definitely not a Beck fan, I agree here. I can see the point that both groups had a legitimate message to make, and picked both the inappropriate people and avenue to get that message across.

 

Sorry to burst your bubble but a progressive I am not. These people are deadbeats, and the people who are following their propaganda blindly need to get their facts straight. There are many much better examples of federal abuse of power. This isn't anything but a case of failure to pay for a contractual obligation and illegal criminal trespassing.

Just how do you think 'public' lands would be determined for use if the state was the one with the power? They would set priorities, and establish a lease for a chosen tenant just as the feds did, if one or more is deemed necessary.

Surely you are not so delusional that you believe 'everybody' would be able to use the land for grazing their cattle or what ever their little hearts desires, do you?

The land has to be conservatively handled no matter who has absolute power/authority over it. Just because somebody has seniority, they don't own the land either. They had to maintain/follow the specific details of their agreement, and his agreement was to pay grazing fees (lease) to establish his right to the land. He didn't abide by the agreement so, that dog doesn't hunt any more.

 

Wonder if that cost him more than a few subscribers to GBTV? My bet.. probably!

 

I think Glenn sees the dangers to his "movement" and himself....if the militia nuts at Bundy's ranch (or especially Cliven himself) pop off a few shots a the BLM and start a massacre that no amount of spin will be able to put on the "Fed'rul Gub'mint".
