Sure, there are. But Putin has never said that there are no secret service people in Ukraine from Russia. And this is normal for Russia, because Ukraine is the neighbor of Russia, and it is important for Putin try to follow the situation in the neighbor country. Guess, what would said Obama, if he found that there are a lot of KGB agents in Mexico who instruct local authorities how to get back California and Texas to Mexico?

For me, this article in the German paper also indicates that Germany starts to have more careful position with respect to what is happening in Ukraine, and not to blame in the mess Russia.

I hope so, I hope the US has sent in advisors to help the young and inexperienced government of Ukraine deal with Putin, his fascist occupation army, his clandestine organizations of spies, saboteurs and professional agitators and the thugish army of criminals he recruited in East Ukraine.

    What's wrong with sending advisors?

This is clearly double standarts- if it is Russian FSB agents-this is bad. If this is US CIA people- this is good. It is clear what these "advisors" can advise. After coming one of these "advisors" in Kiev, the Ukranian Army started to have a military actions against people in the Eastern Part of the Ukraine. This advisers are clearly there to destabilize the situation in the Ukraine.
On the other side, the initial presence of Russian secret services and military forces in Crimea allowed to avoid dead people in Crimea.

CIA advisors if they are there came invited by the lawful government of the country, Russian spies infiltrated the country without an invitation and their objective is to destabilize a neighboring state. Do you see the difference?

This is not a lawful government. Did whole Ukraine voted for this Rada? No. So it is not lawful. Therefore, I do not see a difference. Especially, after the words of Obama that they do not interfere in the internal things of Ukraine. And sending "advisors"- this is interference.

The FBI is for criminal investigations, not spying. The CIA, yes, I'm sure they're there. FSB too.

FSB is counterintelligence agency like NSA. Russian GRU is spying. But today no proven facts of relationship between "Russian spies" who caught in Ukraine and GRU. Only in dreams of Ukrainian winners government and Kerry speechwriters. Do you remember bearded men?

This is a single standard and seen across the world.
Power structures encourage and condition us to blame others' for the ills of the world. 'We' are good and 'They' are bad.
This is one of the mechanisms that allows them to avoid responsibility of having to be more accountable as our 'leaders' in explaining why 70 years after the end of WW2 humanity still doesn't live in a peaceful and prosperous world for all it's inhabitants.

No, they are not. Otherwise, US was the first to report that they have sent CIA people there for help, if it is a real help, but not for destabilization purposes. But we get to know about this fact from German newspaper.Overall the presence of the CIA agents contradicts to what always said by US authorities. And if they lie in this, there could lie in anything else which suits their purposes.

The Ukrainian junta is not lawful  It overthrew the lawful government by means of violence and forced the elected president to flee. That's not to say that the lawful president was any good but he was elected.
Same thing with Egypt. Another junta in power with the support of the US.

As you may know, first some came at a very high level to instruct and reassure Kiev's Maidans. Perhaps, quite a few followed clandestinely. Ukrtaine cannot become a stable and a happy nation by dividing people into Ukrainians and Russians. They will stay together one way or another, I mean as a neutral independent Ukraine or as a part of Russia.
