Think of "Million Dollar Baby." Where would Clint Eastwood be without SCI? As Sam Gamgee said, "it's an ill wind as blows no one good." A couple of years before he died, Steve Reeves said he thought SCI might be reversed within 5 years. No such luck. But it's a career for researchers and fund raisers. Don't get me wrong. Things like SCI research ought to be well funded, but research must be accountable for useful results, not just "interesting" findings.

With this spinal problem, the spine needs to relay 'feelings' from one place to another. in fact,t he whole body needs to feel whatever it is next to, and this requires nerves to be responding. maybe if we were to observe the nerves are not dead, as then the body would be 'rotting,' as they still consume fuels they will still be alive. this is like having a bio-malfunction or unplugging the transistor chip from the computer and leaving it off the bus - if you were to reinsert it it would work fine, but, then you would need to solder it on, yes? So, the best option is to tease the nerves back into full functions, as it is not a complex thing, but rather quite simple for a nerve to feel, and relay this feeling onto the next nerve. this means that we need to merely make the signal more powerful for a while, to get them feeling again, maybe on these areas? Let's observe first how they lose their feeling? all nerves work until they are overtaxed, or, used so little they will not feel like feeling, yes? if we were to observe that the nerves, somehow, lose their feeling, then that is all we need to know - how do we make them feel again? maybe it is one nerve, maybe it is a whole area of nerves... So, we need to lance them together! this would be where we take a long needle and thrust it through these unfeeling nerves. this would mean that the nerves will show where the non feeling bits are, but, with this 'long needle,' it will show where the 'feelings are lost.' if the needle is a conductor of 'bio energy' like a part of a chemical computer, then it will relay these feelings through the non conducting nerves and then, while the needle is 'still in,' carry the current through th needle from the working bits of the body, to gain for these areas a connection to the rest of the nerves.
