Oh yes, all those wars that slaughter actual children, that's anti-life....those people who hate the idea of their taxes being spent to feed poor children, that's Anti-Life. all those people who want to shut down health clinics so women can't be screened for cancer, that's Anti-life...and the Anti-lifers seem to be identical to Anti-Choicers! What a surprise, not.
are you asking if there is a difference between the born and the unborn? of course there is pro-choicers do not give reasons for abortion, those are up to the women making the choice not to bring a baby into this world most Abortions in this country are by Christians, ask them why they abort? .
It's one thing not to save someone's life, it's another thing to allow someone to take away someone else's life. That being said, saying that Anti-abortion activists care nothing about the less fortunate and needy is completely false.
the outcome is the same either way... no baby born into this world, you just want to pre-abort these potential children
We "allow" our government to take away someone else's life all the time....and I don't really see the point in that first sentence anyway. Yup Anti Choicers scream all the time about their taxes going to welfare and other programs that help poor children, Anti-Abortionists are responsible for shutting down clinics that provide health care for women, that IS ANTI-LIFE.
"Women's Health Clinic" is all too often just a euphemism for BABY-KILLING CENTER Except you have a dead fetus.
Prove it. You can't. Why are you so dishonest? You wouldn't have to lie IF you had a good argument.......
Why should I have to prove it? You're the one who wants to kill it. Shouldn't you be the one who has to prove it's not a baby?
And that's been disproven 100's of times. And what I asked you to prove was your comment about "Women's Health Clinic" is all too often just a euphemism for BABY-KILLING CENTER"" You can't prove it but just keep drooling it as if repeating a lie would make it true....only little children believe that.
already done numerous times, just because you choose (that word again) to ignore the medical and biological reality is your failing not ours.
Let's try to get back to the main topic of the thread. woman's life not in danger, fetus is compatible with life, Abortion at 26 weeks. Do you approve?
I see you are attempting to be dishonest again with your pictures, you do know this is not a real picture of a ten week fetus don't you but a sculpture of a 12 Week fetus and even that is an incorrect depiction, they've fudged the features. The digits, face, and limbs are all more defined and "babylike" than those of a real 12-week fetus.
I do not approve of anything over 12 weeks, but I also do not approve of forcing my views on others, that's not my choice to make for them
Whether I approve or not is irrelevant. On a purely legal level of self-defence and consent there is no reason why a woman cannot have an abortion at anytime for any reason, as it is in Canada where incidentally their late-term abortion rate is lower than the USA. Would you care to attempt to explain that?
Of course it is. There are some liberal/ progressive democrats that are pro-life. They are the only ones whose pro-life position does not make me cringe, but nobody pays any attention to them because they end up embarrassing both the conservative pro-life movement for their indifference to the families and babies AFTER birth ( they don't appear to give a rats ass what happens to that family or those children afterword if it interferes with their ideology), and the liberal democrats who have fallen so deeply under the spell of the feminist movement and their money and their political power, that they have forgotten that their promise to seek the most inclusive and expansive view of human and civil rights, and their history of defending the least politically powerful, the voiceless and forgotten amongst us, might oblige them to take a more circumspect look at this issue. Now I don't quite adopt the liberal pro-life argument, but I used to make it all the time and it deserves a lot more respect than it gets from both sides. Almost no woman has an abortion for convenience, but our society sure finds it mighty convenient to refuse to support those children, and help those women. We protect their right to abort instead. I remain pro-choice because of the practical implications of being pro-life are so onerous on everyone involved, but I remain very nervous about it.
define expenses. my income taxes far exceed my court ordered child support by an order of 3 to 1. out there somewhere i'm supporting some kids that aren't mine, along with my son. compare that with 40 weeks of inconvenience.
if they want to, imho, kill their own children, i can deal with that since it's a difference of opinion. i just don't think they should expect me to pay for it.
That would be non material expense things that money cannot buy like using another person's body without their consent plus the fact that you deem pregnancy nothing more than "40 weeks inconvenience" tells me you really have little idea what pregnancy entails for a woman
Are you advocating forced abortion so the children of low income women don't have to live at the taxpayer's expense? Because if the child doesn't have the right to live, what makes you think the woman has the right to give life?
I know you have some difficulty with comprehension but even for you this is stupid. You know all to well what is meant and given my position of choice then your attempt to paint me with your own brush is noted and treated with the utter contempt it deserves.
yes, morning sickness for a few months, bloated ankles, needing new clothes, preferred parking, maybe confined to bed rest..on the other end there's so many women that don't even notice that "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" has been running since 2008. you not considering that each one is unique tells me you're a drama queen or at least are easily mislead by them.
yet the pro-death crowd thinks i should not only be paying for elective abortions with my tax money, i should pay for encouraging it. i'll happily pay for a kid to have a chance. paying to snuff out that chance so Planned Parenthood and the rest of the abortion industrial complex can feel useful and collect a paycheck isn't going to happen while i draw breath.
