George Zimmerman auctioning gun used to kill TM

If I remember correctly Trayvon family members was willing to sell T-shirts and even got into legal disagreement among themselves over the rights to sell those t-shirts.

So why should Zimmerman not get some of the funds he lost back due to Trayvon attacking him by selling the gun.

 

This is trashy as hell. You had to kill someone in self defense. Don't brag about it. This qualifies.

The Smithsonian has issued a statement that George lied about their interest in buying the gun.

 

Cement, he was bashing his head into the cement. Slamming someones head repeatedly against a hard surface is considered attempted murder in any state. Contrary to what you see in action movies the human body isn't that durable. Bruce Willis would have died 14 times making it through the Die Hard series.

 

He'd probably do much better auctioning off his body parts and internal organs.

I'd give him $50 for his pancreas.

 

Fox News is reporting the auction has been halted.

 

Why wouldn't they. While it is owned by the national archives the Smithsonian has displayed Oswald's Rifle and Booth's deringer on numerous occasions.

I think the Smithsonian is lying. They probably did show interest but just dont want to say so publicly.

Its a weapon used in a significantly important event. The Smithsonian likes to have those items or at least have access to them. The Smithsonian is lying their ass off if they said they were not interested. That is exactly the kind of thing they buy.

I'm not a liberal smartguy. I'm also rabidly pro 2nd amendment (as in there is no lawful justification for taking guns from felons. Or voting rights actually. And self defense applies to property as well as person.). I still find this to be TRASHY behavior as in without class. I find martin's relations selling products bearing his moniker to ALSO be trashy. I find the media circus associated with this trial and other trials to be trashy likewise.

You can write that theory as much as you please. The facts in the court case. Not guilty by a mile, because of the vicious street thug brutally attacking the innocent neighborhood watchman serving his tour of duty. Much like the thug in England who attacked those soldiers. Trayvon was absolutely no different.

What you have chosen to ignore to support your "trashy" assertion is the enormous suffering, financial and otherwise, that Zim endured at the hands of far more powerful folks, all the way up to Obama.
