My cat is nothing like the other cats on the street where I live. It seems he completely lacks the ability to communicate and interpret social situations; very often he just runst owards other cats to smell them in the face and have even seen him do this on a dog (!). He prefers spending his days lying on the roof of one of the cars att the parking lot and he also makes funny noises. Additionally he is ridiculously clumpsy for a cat and he only eats one single brand of cat food. Worst of all, he follows med wherever I go. Can't go outside for a walk without having the darn cat following me, trying to keep up with my pace. If I walk too fast for him, I soon heart a frustrated and sad meow behind me. He has to have some kind of Autism because this sure can't be normal, is It? Can cats be autists too?
yes of course they can, they use animals in their research for the cause of autism although more likely rats or mice.
Not my cat but this cat jumped on my back when I did not expect him to and I almost pooped, nice loving cat, however it scared me horribly.
