If you had to guess the result of the next Presidential elections now ... which will be your prediction?
While it is too close to call, I'd be inclined to say that Hillary will be the next president. Hillary gets the Hispanics Blacks Women Liberals Meanwhile Trump turns off the Evangelical voters with his pro-gay and pro-abortion platform. In this election it will not only be about who shows up at the polls, but who sits this election out. The dynamics are going to change back and forth until the last two weeks before the voting ends.
The "phenomenon effect" will do the difference this time. Will the female phenomenon win over the communication phenomenon? I'm absolutely curious to discover this. As for my personal opinion, I tend to imagine that Trump could generate a remarkable phenomenon effect.
Trump and Clinton will both fall short of 270, because of Johnson. The election will go to the House, and Johnson will get the job having won < 20% of the electoral votes.
It's a real possibility if Johnson can somehow get onto the National Debate stage, and can effectively use it to convince enough people that he's the only sane choice. The two parties (D,R) make it really really difficult for that to happen for a third party, however, if the election DOES go to the House, Johnson wins.
Am I wrong or Johnson begun his attempts to run for the Presidency participating to the Republican campaign? [He was among the participants to the debate on Fox News in May 2011].
I think Trump could win if his campaign confiscates his twitter account, keeps him on a steady diet of prepared speeches, BLM keeps shooting cops and Muslims continue to be Muslim. However all of the default conditions that make me think the Democrats have a natural advantage in Presidential years are still in play. All things being equal, Hillary should walk away with this, but this year, things are not equal.
May be. He could find a certain cooperation at administrative level in the party, since he is not a newcomer. In any case, this election will be really interesting since we are going to see how US electorate will evaluate two famous personages who can polarize the vote like never before.
Yea see people were saying the same stuff with Mitt Romney (who was actually somewhat quality when compared to Trump and Hillary) and he got crushed by Obama, so honestly, I think that this is all media hype really as far as Trump and Hillary goes, so Clinton will probably crush Trump.
Lol so Trump will win if he stops acting like Trump. Quality. True though. If he stops being an idiot and catering to a very specific voting base then maybe he can win. But he keeps speaking to these very specific groups of conservatives which will ultimately be his downfall.
Well the primary was one contest with one electorate, and the general election is another. He already has the folks who liked his non PC off the cuff remarks and those who like his trade and immigration policies, but he needs to move to attract the general election voters who are just waking up to the idea that there is a Presidential election this November and show them that he could be a competent commander in chief.
It's a lot simpler than that. On my list of priorities, the signature box is quite low. I usually only change it every year or two.
I consider it quite likely that Hillary wins, particularly now that the email scandal is effectively done with (not going to get into an argument over that, just stating a personal perception). If Trump suddenly turns into John Kasich, then in theory he could win, but Hillary would still have more than enough ammunition against him to turn away moderate voters. Even if he does win, I would place at least 20% odds on him being assassinated, given the sheer number of groups he's offended.
I guessed Trump with over fifty percent of the vote. I do believe that this is going to be close....... but if long time G.O.P. supporters will rally to his assistance........ The Donald can indeed win this.
