A year and a half now from the day when the Marines and Special Forces landed on Sinjar Mountain to supposedly rescue the Yazidis from ISIS (which is a creation of the west, see this blog It Was Only A Dream for more on this), we find that we did NOT rescue ANY Yazidis (see the article by The Guardian from over a year ago Rescue Mission Unlikely), after stating that the siege by ISIS was over. This proved to be totally false and the story out today about ISIS capturing and raping thousands of Yazidis published by the NY Times makes it even more apparent that we willingly left those people on that mountain to be slaughtered and put into sexual slavery. Always remember that following Christ is not the same as following a nation or ideology, and if you get caught up in the latter, the former (Jesus Christ) will reject you on the day of judgment. The following article is from the Washington Post and appeared August 12, 2014: Notice the Sinjar mountains in relation to Mosul, Irbil, and Turkey. The Ararat Mountains, where the Bible states the ark came to rest, are to the north. Mosul, right across the Tigris river (one of the rivers that fed the Garden of Eden) from ancient Nineveh, lies just to the east. Nineveh was built by Nimrod during the time immediately following the Tower of Babel (Genesis Chapter 10).
'Sexual Jihad"... Yazidi Victim of ISIS: I Was Gang-Raped, They Call This Practice Sexual Jihad September 6, 2016 | Another young victim of the Islamic States genocidal practices, Nadia Murad, said the radical Islamic group killed her mother and six of her brothers and sold her into sex-slavery, where she was regularly raped and even gang-raped, what her captors called sexual jihad.
Tribes from around the world have stories of the great flood and of someone collecting animals to be saved. The only way that could be possible, is for an alien race to collect DNA. No hungry mouths to feed or poop to clean up. No fighting and eating each other. You've got the whole zoo in one drawer.
Tribes from around the world have the stories, but I don't see why that means it has to be true, either literally or figuratively.
Both, to different extents. Floods were probably true to some extent, and it wouldn't be surprising if someone put his cattle on a raft at some point, but the way in which the stories or their implications rise into the supernatural is not so well grounded.
Margot I accept the flood, because there is no way someone can figure out how it happened unless they first accept it. Here is what I concluded so far. There is a theory about an expanding earth which I found to be more logical and scientifically accurate than the movements of tectonic plates .... so if the earth was smaller, it means the land mass which we know as continents, probably covered the whole planet. Well according to the bible, there was water above the earth and water below the earth separated by a land mass. If the earth expanded continuously and the waters underneath burst through violently in Noah's time, it would have easily covered the land mass since the earth would still have been relatively small compared to today.
You could be correct TrackerSam..... it might have been aliens who were still obedient to the G-d of Abraham who had NOT fallen for the daughters of men as Azazel and the 208 Watchers had done......
