Latest on this lates RW propaganda lie that so easily duped and conned conservatives:

Election board: Article alleging voter fraud is fake

Franklin County elections officlals are urging voters not to believe everything they read.

An article posted on the Christian Times website stated that a Columbus electrical worker found a dozen sealed ballot boxes filled with thousands of ballots for the Nov. 8 election. The ballots contained votes for Hillary Clinton and other Democratic candidates, the report stated.

The Board of Elections investigated, and said it was fake. Officials found that the photo of the ballot boxes had been stolen from an unrelated article in the Birmingham Post in Birmingham, England about elections there. Officials said the only ballots that have been printed and mailed are those for the military and citizens who live outside the United States. Early voting begins Oct. 12.

Our conservative friends would do well to heed the advice about not believing everything you read.

Board of Elections pushes back after article claiming filled-out Ohio ballots found

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) - A post making the rounds on the internet claims a Columbus man found sealed ballot boxes filled with thousands of votes for the upcoming November election, and election officials are trying to figure it out. But the Franklin County Board of Elections says none of it is true.

The claims from a site called Christian Times Newspaper are going viral in some circles. They claim the ballots were all votes for Hillary Clinton and other Democratic candidates. They say Randall Prince, an electrical worker, found the boxes while inspecting a dilapidated warehouse, and include a photo claiming to be of the man with the boxes.

That photo actually first appeared in a November 2015 online article from the Birmingham Post in Birmingham, England. It is altered in the Christian Times Newspaper post. The Franklin County Board of Elections says it immediately began an investigation to find out where the claims in the article were coming from, and that's when they found the original article and photo.

In a statement, the Board of Elections said, "the only ballots that have been printed and mailed are for military and citizens living outside the United States." The board says it hasn't mailed a single ballot to anyone living in Franklin County, or to any Franklin County voters who may have requested a ballot be sent to another address in the U.S.

"Claims falsely challenging the integrity of the elections administration are taken seriously as public confidence in the electoral process is important. The Franklin County Board of Elections has numerous ballot and election security measures in place," the board said in the statement.

Additionally, ABC 6/FOX 28 has not been able to locate any records indicating the man named in the article lives in Columbus.

    And one more:

The claims come from an article appearing on a website called “Christian Times Newspaper.” According to the article, an unnamed source says that a maintenance worker inspecting a warehouse found 12 sealed ballot boxes filled with thousands of votes for Hillary Clinton the upcoming general election. The website on which the article appears asserts that the “likely goal was to slip the fake ballot boxes in with real ballot boxes.”

The Franklin County Board of Elections says the article is fake. It even discovered the photo portrayed as the worker standing with the ballot boxes was lifted from a 2015 article in the Birmingham Post, an English newspaper, and altered slightly, with some of the ballot boxes re-positioned and resized. Some of the labels were also blurred out.

The article also includes an apparent photo of one of the ballots. It fails to mention that the ballot photo clearly reads “sample.” While some fields are filled in, the ballot would not be counted as a legit ballot because it reads sample.

Elections officials would like to remind everyone absentee voting in the state does not start until Oct. 12. The Board of Elections says that no ballots have been printed or mailed, except for those that were requested by members of the military and US citizens who live abroad.

Only people who get most of their news from Facebook, Infowars, and spam emails think that.

John Husted, Ohio Secretary of State and Republican:

And to boot, this is from the same ridiculous site:

Now if that isn't a canary in the mine being used to test for stupid gullible people, I don't know what is.
