Not a republican, but I voted Trump

Is taking to Russia illegal now? No? So we know that Flynn didn't break the law.

He had to resign because he misled Pence(who later went on national tv)

Flynn is very opinionated about his policies which made him unfit for a role requiring more neutrality

Unless there's a law preventing private citizens talking with foreign government, what's the news?

That Trump lost confidence in him?

Sorry but the ACA did not take away you doctor, the insurance company did. And that was happening long before the ACA. Of course congress could have stopped that by nationalizing the insurance companies.

I agree with the article's author; disturbed by the disclosure's sources, though glad this happened. What bothers me is the evident problems Trump is having with SIGINT, I'm worried elements in the intelligence community could be manipulating the Administration disclosing the substance of communications at the highest levels; we got breathless reports on Trump's hanging up on the Australian, his endorsement of Brexit and threats to invade Mexico. This is worrisome:
    What is their agenda?

So Nancy Pelosi whines, the Huffington Post phony liberals get their cheap little ad- clicks from their dull- witted audience for a day, so what?

The Democrat Party, CBS and NBC News agenda driven sound bites just so they can smear a guy with an (R) next to his name, it's just way too obvious (and boring) partisan nonsense.

The Democrat Party and the phony progressives like Hollywoods Michael Moore and Meryl Streep are just making themselves look like horses arses.

He spoke to the Russian ambassador then lied to the VP. Lying to your boss isn't too seemly but that's about it. Talking to a Russian politician isn't much of a deal until we know what was said. Might have been about those neat pancakes.

    This looks vastly overblown.

I would say, "Welcome to the driver's seat, Mr. Trump and Trump FanBoys."

For the last eight years, Obama supporters had to defend
every move the President made. Some were undefendable - some were blown way out of proportion. Comes with the territory. Get used to it.

Contacts with Russia are drawing inordinate attention from "mainstream" media, early on there were claims Putín mobilized spies and hackers to get Trump elected and that Trump supported the annexation of Crimea, would lift the sanctions, we've seen stories about Tillerson's substantial business interests in Russian oil exploration and of Trump's 'bromance' with Putín, that US military were coordinating with Russian attacks in Syria... None of any of this has withstood scrutiny, lots of inuendo, suggested implications, speculation and not much more.

I don't understand how seeking to improve the US relationship with Russia would be bad, this surely wouldn't be worse than Obama's efforts to do so with Iran, so absent evidence of anything actually happening the left seems on the wrong tack.

As I've noted before, Russia's economy is in serious trouble, lifting the sanctions imposed for annexing Crimea is very important to Russia, one would expect their ambassador to the US engage in every effort to insert this in his contacts, it would be remarkable if he didn't so I don't think it is at all surprising sanctions were mentioned, but I haven't seen anything to suggest these were "discussed".

Mainstream media portrays Flynn's call to the Russian ambassador as focused on negotiating the lifting of sanctions. I would like to see transcripts or anything about the call to show the sanctions were "discussed" in a manner suggesting these were Flynn's primary concern and that he proposed lifting them.

The Saker? Talk about the least credible conspiracy 'Progressive' writer you can find.

He might as well be former terrorist Walid Shoebat, who endorsed terrorism before he

became a so called 'anti-war' blogger. The Saker might be featured on some popular Left

blogs, but he is not popular. I make a point of ignoring him and 90% of the aricles on the

dreadful informationclearinghouse.info where his 'articles' - many of them incoherent rants -

    are featured.

This is what I have gathered about the Saker during the times I followed him, but I might not be totally accurate so don't take what I am writing as Gospel.

I believe the Saker is part Russian and hails from Germany... or he is German and belongs to the Russian Orthodox Church. Either way he seems to have a close connection with Russia, and is fluent in languages. He was recruited by a Western Intelligence agency, (he never revealed which one), and went up the ladder very quickly... that is until he freaked out over no one being held accountable over some innocent people being killed.

Anyway he became persona non gratis, and moved to Boca Raton, Florida. He said once his every move is watched. From what I know he's an expert on military strategy, and is credible enough to be quoted. Personally I have found him wrong many times, (something he admits), and I guess this is one of them.

And now some good news for all of us who still believe in law and justice. The conservative Judicial Watch is planning to sue the FBI, NSA, CIA for Flynn's records. ..and they must be turned over within a week.

For someone to listen in on Flynn's phone call they must have a warrant. If that warrant was issued, then it must have the name of the person who asked for it. If there was no warrant, then it was illegal and would add to all the other illegalities... including treason.

Another bit of good news. There is a petition going around to kick Soros and his son out of the country. Frankly I think it would be better if they did something about the tax breaks his one hundred fifty plus organizations are getting, and try to close them down. I did read that his influence in foreign countries especially Macedonia, are being looked into. This is a good thing, and they have now formed a 'Stop Soros' committee there.

I learned yesterday that for 7 days, the law says they can wiretap with no warrant. And that the FISA warrant never is blocked by the judge.

    Check McCain out.

I love the way Ukraine attacks the civilians in Donetsk with tanks and WMD and McCain calls it a Russian invasion... but then again what else is knew.

    The following is from Breibart:

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Conservative foundation Judicial Watch is planning to sue several government agencies if they do not hand over records related to the wiretapping of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

The group filed Freedom of Information Act requests for the records weeks ago but are planning to sue by next week for the records if they do not receive anything by then.

This is Trump now. I expect Judicial watch to get full cooperation.

For Ukraine to quell rebellion within it's borders makes sense. But then again the residents of the conflicted area have something in mind. Maybe to break off. Do you know what their aims are?

    Oh God

Lindsey Graham once had my respect.

He and McCain are working hard to derail Trump.

They want to set foreign policy.

Listen to the rat talking to some foreigners.

    You're all under surveillance:
Did you mention the Russian ambassador? We know the Russian ambassador was the target of foreign intelligence (his phone was tapped). So if you posted right here about the Russian ambassador, the NSA has compelled Google, Facebook and whoever to disclose your data, that includes everyone in your address book and all communications they've had with you and each other, hopefully none of those was about anything illegal.
