The context of my remark was that the Germans sent Ukrainians and others to forced labor camps and at the same time the Russians sent people such as my grandfathers to Siberia where many many died. In other posts I have described the barbaric actions of the Russian NKVD such as executing and boiling Catholic priests in oil.

Of pregnant, newborns, elders, pacifists, sick, healthy, gloom, happy, kind, wicked, afraid - people who have been vaporised, skinned alive by fire, crushed by the debris, suffocated by cloud of radioactive dust, who suffered and cried and yelled and squealed and thrashed in the agonizing pain in the last seconds, minutes, hours, days of their lives, dying on streets, in homes, in beds, in hospitals and under ruins where they never been found before they died?
Have people who comitted that crime been prosecuted? Have people who ordered that crime been prosecuted? Have any of the dead had their murderers punished?

Why must my family pay for actions of other people? RIGHT NOW, THERE, THIS VERY MOMENT, why must I and my family pay for crimes of others?
