This is a post directly aimed at individuals who trust Trump to tell the truth. Why do you trust him? I have presented a few options that make sense to me, but I also provided you with the opportunity to say that you do not trust him or to provide your own answer. Please explain.
I do not trust the man to tell the Truth. Trump has a record on politifact of telling false, mostly false or pants on fire statements roughly 70% of the time. There is an extensive record of Trump lying, misleading, or being wrong (whichever word you prefer) about a whole host of issues: ranging from the size of his inauguration crowd, to the number of illegal voters that cost him the popular vote, to Obama ordering a wiretap on his tower - and this is just since the election. Even yesterday, Trump live tweeted the Comey hearing from the official White House twitter account and made statements that were objectively false. And we know they were false because Comey was directly asked about those tweets during the hearing.
Because we know for sure he never became Pres to become rich and famous, because he's already rich and famous! He watched Obama running America into the ground for 8 years until finally his patience ran out and he decided to step up to the plate himself to show how running a great country should be done. And like the great American patriots of old, the people responded by flocking to the polling stations to put him in the White House..
I don't trust anyone in public office but I do like Trump because he says the same things in general that I have been saying for years. Why did you trust Obama for 8 years? He lied so much he had to keep a plastic surgeon on retainer for all the rhinoplasty he had to have to bob that nose. With all the mainstream media clearly in the hands of the left and lying so much themselves how can we trust what is reported unless we hear it straight from Trumps mouth, even then we can't be certain the videos of him haven't been edited to make him look bad. Stop believing everything you see in the media.
Sadly, you demonstrate your bias and blind acceptance of a stupid partisan bumpersticker - "their media are liars ours tells the truth". Which of course is utter and complete garbage. Anyone who believes everything they "see" in the media is neither very smart and painfully ill informed. A condition all too many voters suffer from especially those that formulate their political opinions from highly nuanced 140 character long sources. Donald Trump has consistently and persistently LIED to the American people. A fact that trumpettes seem to have absolutely no problem with, because I guess that's what they'd do to get what they want. But hey, don't let real time facts impinge on the fantasy.
The only thing I care about when it comes to Trump is getting the courts right, so far, so good. All the deporting of illegal aliens is just icing on the cake...
As a neutral Englishman, I know Don promised the American people a Wall and has signed the executive go-ahead order, and I know he promised to keep terrorists out of America and has banned flights from certain countries, and I know he promised to end 70 years of suspicion and mistrust between the US and Russia, which he's successfully done. Exactly what "lies" has he uttered?
sorry, I ain't entering your fantasy land. There is no wall, only bids for construction at this point, CONGRESS has to pass a budget to allocate the funds. Yes, hes definitely done a lot to keep out terrorists in his first couple of months - let's not get carried away. Yes he has definitely tried to ban flights from certain countries, but the courts got in the way, not once but twice. And you dont' seem to be at all aware that there are currently a number of criminal and counter espionage investigations on top of a couple of congressional ones into MISTRUSTING the russians for interfering in the election process. You couldn't possibly be one of the hundreds of russian trolls they have been using, impersonating Trump supporters et.al., could you? I ask that out of curiosity as I am always fascinated by some people's use of blatant prevarication to spin blundering bumbling incompetence into something they can swallow.
People believe what they want to believe, despite evidence (or no evidence) that what they believe is wrong. Look at religion. Many religions talk of an afterlife - people believe it because they WANT to believe it. The con man comes along and promises milk and honey - and to those down and out, that sounds great! They don't want to hear that to cut taxes, increase the military and reduce the deficit at the same time is impossible. Hearing a promise against reality sounds much better.
For one, he claimed that the murder rate is at a 47 year high, which it is not. http://fox6now.com/2017/02/07/president-trump-falsely-claims-us-murder-rate-is-highest-in-47-years/ I have more examples of other lies he has told if you like.
Trust has nothing to do with it. The election was a choice between 2 people. Donald Trump was the superior choice by a factor of 1,000,000,000 -minimally. By that I mean 1 billion lives - minimally. Hilary Clinton openly advocated (repeatedly) that she would order the US military to directly attack the Russian military in Syria. Our military's Joint Chief of Staff (appointed by Obama) said this meant "war with Russia" and that neither he nor the US military was willing to do that. War with Russia would mean a nuclear holocaust killing hundreds of millions of people and totally obliterate the USA to a fraction of our population - at best - in a desperate survival-level dystopia. I trust that President Trump is not going to order the US military to go to war against Russia. No matter what else he does or does not do, for that reason alone he was the SANE choice.
There are Russians EVERYWHERE in the USA, millions of them, and they are out to get you. Hide! Save yourself!
I don't really "trust" Trump (or any politician, even a new one), but I can say this for him: he has made good faith efforts to fulfill his campaign promises, and although those efforts have met adversity, I do think he will continue to do the same.
I would find it easier to trust our new president if he were less erratic, less changeable, and would GET THE HELL OFF OF TWITTER! When you make your inner, emotional self so clearly vulnerable to a bunch of lousy hyenas like today's radical Democrat faction, it's certain that they'll come at you with fangs bristling! ."Not my president!"
Good advice. At this point he will have a credibility problem even if he follows it. ... and like the man or not, for any of us who are American he is our president. That's how it works here, we make the decision together. Everyone who voted for him, failed to convince enough of us there was a better option, or failed to voteāhe belongs to all of us. Sad truth.
He will the war ROK and United States attack's No. Korea and maybe against reserve force in No. Korea 6 Point 2 or 3 times smaller military unit than No. Koreas reserve force with the attack force. Maybe Music One by Metallica is Korea war yet.
And don't forget, Don's not a politician, he's just an ordinary citizen like the rest of us who got so fed up of the mess that politicians were making, that he decided to step up to the plate himself to show how a great country should be properly run.. "America is like a giant boiler. Once lit, there is no limit to the power it can generate"- Winston Churchill
