    He isn't being stupid. He knows exactly what he's doing in this regard. He is making friends with all the strong-men, authoritarian despots in the world, and shunning our oldest allies.

    His actions are not random. They demonstrate a clear pattern of coddling authoritarian regimes, and shunning our allies. Combine this with his calls for violence, torture beyond waterboarding, the mass murder of the families of terrorists, his stated love of war, his efforts to undermine every institution of Democracy - a free press, the courts, Judges, the former President, the intelligence community, academia...

    THE ONLY people he coddles are the dictators and killers of the world. There really is no mystery here.

    I'm upset about all of the above. Human life should be treated with dignity and we shouldn't give 'statesmen' who violate human rights the time of dignity either. Even if I were to negotiate with him, it'd be on an even-keel level. If he's willing to respect human rights, then we'll act as equal partners.

    Trump should've convened a foreign intelligence breifing committe to update him on the precision and thoroughness of judiciary procedings in the Phillipine drug war his FIRST DAY in office! This is a CRITICAL issue effecting national security and the world as a whole! How dare he not even take the time to find out that another nations leader wasnt conducting a threat to his own nation in a humane manner!

    But seriously... If you think its *more* likely that Trump called to tell the guy 'good job on mass murder' than it is that he simply didnt know every little detail about this small nation and its affairs, theeeen you might be biased.

    Putin, The Saudis, he complimented Kim Jong Un and said he admires him. He has announced that we no longer worry about human rights. He brings on people like Flynn, Sessions, Manafort - all thugs. This is all becoming very clear.

    There are no innocent people, just those who are not yet guilty. There is always collateral damage in a war. No one wishes that were not so more than I. But sometimes nasty as it is it is the thought of the collateral damage being a mutual affair rather than entirely one sided that brings the damn war to a conclusion. You don't like it I don't like it, hell no one sane actually likes it, but that unfortunately is the reality.
