The pentagon had made an accusation against Flynn months ago, and it wasn't about collusion. The basically said Flynn disobeyed orders. That charge, and Flynn being a general, would have made Flynn subjecr to UCMJ prosecution. Not even that very cut and dry charge has been proven. I think I'll reserve judgement for a bit longer. But these stories are not fake. I have no doubt that the reporters who write them go to a lot of effort to verify their stories.

They're following the money trail. Collusion is no longer a necessity in this investigation. The proven charges of obstruction by Trump is all that the investigators need. If the news were actually fake about that, you would have taken the time to dissect each charge by proving those charges are not obstruction. You didn't, and you won't, because you can't.

Kushner had no official role at the time, to be considered part of an administration. He was nothing more than a private citizen. A private citizen I might add who was engaging in espionage behind the back of a sitting president to persuade another government to keep their communications a secret from our own intelligence agencies. And he did it with a country we had sanctions against for violating the sovereignty of other countries. Russia is not our friend. This was a treasonous act by Kushner.
