Whatever numbers he is quoting are meaningless without knowing what kind of KWH that system is rated for and whether or not it is grid connected and what kind of battery backup is used if not connected.

Once again your lack of comprehension of the subject matter is glaringly obvious!

Do you tip when you go through the drive-through at McDonalds?

    http://time.com/money/4656662/heres-what-warren-buffett-eats-for-breakfast-every-day/

Tipping servers is normal but tipping cashiers is not the norm.

Personally I just let them keep the change because I can't be bothered with it in the car but that isn't a tip, per se.

Undervaluing labor is why your taxes are so high!

In essence by undervaluing labor corporations are forcing employees to rely upon welfare subsidies for housing, food and healthcare.

Basically TAXPAYERS are SUBSIDIZING the payrolls of corporations because labor is not being paid a living wage.

If you want to reduce government spending on welfare just pass a minimum wage law and then those people would no longer qualify for food stamps and housing allowances.

The corporate war on labor unions was the means to undervaluing labor and the decline in real income for the middle class.

Many nations, including the USA, have bankrolled long term investments in the economy. The canal system, the highways, the electrification of rural areas, airports, nuclear and hydro power, etc, etc.

Why should alternative energy be excluded since it is a long term investment in the future of this nation?

Your argument would be a real winner except for the fact that we're not excluding a dam thing. Did I miss some renewable ban that came out after the travel ban? Absolutely nothing has changed except a bunch of complaining and fear mongering.

    1) our taxes are not that high and welfare wouldn't impact our taxes except hopefully to get a few more paying them..

    2) those low wage workers would now hsve incentives to work less, and still maintain their benefits package from uncle sam.

    3) those low wage workers would be facing competition from millions of better qualified applicants like myself that don't want their $8 job but we're interested in a $15 part tIme job. Especially since tomatoes will be $7 according to the doom gloom crowd.

    Yes, you must have!

The Marmalade-Moron-in-Chief's EO rolling back the clean energy regulations that had been responsible for major job growth in the alternative energy sector.

Whatever doesn't require it to be supplemented by welfare in whatever region you happen to be living in.

A single person with no kids can live on the current minimum wage and a 40 hour work week in my area. A family of 6 cannot.

Which is why the poverty levels are different for individuals and families!

So an employer should pay differently for a single person compared to an employee with a family?

Can we keep this discussion on topic please. This is a thread about solar energy not economics or minimum wages. Thank you.....

Proud of yourself for finding a typo?

Given it is the ONLY thing you have managed to accomplish in all of your posts that I have seen to date that must be a really big deal for you!

You show a picture a flashed mount and you think it's the only way they're mounted. In addition, you have to peel back shingles on a preexisting roof to accomplish the install you picture here, and that results in additional nail holes and a disruption to the underlayment.

What's glaringly obvious is your desire to defend your preconceptions regardless of the obvious flaws in it. You also have not explained why you didn't install anything more than a water heater supplement in your own place.

Why didn't you go full solar? Can't afford it?

    Ironic!

That is the proper way to mount the panels so that there are no leaks!

That you use shoddy contractors is your problem.
