    We know three things as fact:

    1) The Russian government systematically affected the election to benefit Donald Trump.
    2) Donald Trump has a vast network of connections and dealings to prominent Russian figures.
    3) Trump, both as candidate and President, has consistently undermined our Western allies and allegiances to the sole benefit of Russia and Putin.

    Nixon called Watergate a witch hunt. I think we should all start to call this a little bitch hunt.

    I also want to see a reporter ask Trump the following question, "Many people say there's no way you're smart enough to orchestrate the Russian meddling in the election, so you must be innocent. What do you have to say about that?"

    Just so we can record his confession.

    Let's assume this story is true, why did Obama tell us our elections couldn't be hacked and why did he wait until after the election to order a review of the hacking when he knew about this in August?

    I would strongly encourage you to read the Washington Post article that is linked here. It discusses a lot of the thinking and actions taken by the Obama administration in retaliation to the information and why they did not do more.

    From the Washington Posts article:

    Inside was an intelligence bombshell, a report drawn from sourcing deep inside the Russian government that detailed Russian President Vladimir Putin’s direct involvement in a cyber campaign to disrupt and discredit the U.S. presidential race.​

    What is "sourcing deep inside Russian government?" It's perfect politically conjured "evidence" that cannot ever be confirmed and more importantly can never be factually refuted. In short it's trash!

    But it went further. The intelligence captured Putin’s specific instructions on the operation’s audacious objectives — defeat or at least damage the Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton, and help elect her opponent, Donald Trump.​

    Again, unsubstantiated drivel. Creative writing. "Operation's audacious objectives?" What operation, evidence anyone, Mueller... Mueller... Audacious describes the authors reach into the unknown and unprovable, there's no operation so it can have no audacious objectives.

    Obama was warmed by McConnell to not make this a big deal and when Trump realized that the collusion gig might be up he started whining about rigged elections against himself (it's his MO, it's not me it's the other guy, look over there) to de-legitimise any claims against him and also to incite his feral birther base to the point of a civil war. Obama did not want to appear to put his thumb on the scales of such an important event as folk like yourself would have just gone nuts that your Cheeto Jebus was being wronged while all the meanwhile, Trump and russia were rigging the election.
    This right here is super sig line worthy! :D

    But what does this matter as to criminal actions? This means nothing....

    All of the left leaning leaders in Europe openly talk about how they don't like Trump, does that mean that Hillary colluded with them?

    Was it hard for you to draw that conclusion? Ok, I'll help ya.

    You said, and I quote "Obama was a Constitutional Law Professor and editor-in-chief of the Harvard Law Review"

    Clearly Mr. Obama's qualifications and his ability to understand and apply them were sorely lacking, which also doesn't say much for his IQ.
