We've been hearing this same gibberish every day for 800 days during which Donald "low approval" Trump destroyed 16 primary contenders, wiped the floor with Hillary and the libs on November 8th, implemented the travel ban, reopened pipelines, canceled the Paris agreement, nominated an uber-conservative judge, forced NATO members to pay up, pardoned freedom fighters....

I can't imagine falling numbers after the honeymoon period are unusual. But if I was one of Trump's middle America supporters I'd feel well and truly betrayed. The improving economy, stock market and unemployment numbers are all accomplished under Obama's last budget and continues trends that started in 2010, after the stimulus and the bailout of the auto industry.

What else? Illegal immigration has been going down dramatically since the economic crisis and, in fact, we have been experiencing negative net immigration for at least 5 years as more people return to Mexico than come here. The border wall has never been more unnecessary.

Threatening our NATO allies has been condemned around the world and is incredibly arrogant considering the US spends far less on foreign aid as a percentage of GDP than anyone else.

So you have one accomplishment which might not even happen ultimately, as the TPP is still in negotiations.
