Gödel's ontological proof has proven to be true. Gödel set forth a mathematical proof of the existence of GOD. Computers have proven he is correct. Now move to the Computer experts. http://www.spiegel.de/international...ically-prove-goedel-god-theorem-a-928668.html Holy LogicComputer Scientists 'Prove' God Exists Two scientists have formalized a theorem regarding the existence of God penned by mathematician Kurt Gödel. But the God angle is somewhat of a red herring -- the real step forward is the example it sets of how computers can make scientific progress simpler. By David Knight
I have perhaps the simplest, most direct proof that GOD created all in the universe. This may not seem elegant, but the simplicity of it is and it's accurate. We know the universe exists. Either it created itself or GOD created it. Since nothing can self create, it leaves but GOD.
A theorem which unequivocally proves that the Coyote God created the Earth. The Christian and Muslim stories are just pathetic myths.
I do not rule out that GOD was created, but not as of the matter found in the universe. Frankly, I see no argument from you other than you don't accept GOD. I accept the universe so for me, your view is rather moot.
That is a pathetic and proven lie. Godel's Proof is absolute, irrefutable proof of the Coyote God's creation of Earth. It cannot be argued differently.
Why would you call the Navajo Tradition silly? Are you a heretic? If you want to argue that your original post proves a creation by god - then it has to apply to all gods - once you walk down that road, all godlike entities can no longer be ruled out. A race of gods? A side-effect of an experiment by an advanced race? Any intelligence capable of advanced science are put on the table.
Sure ...or it has always existed...or it was created through natural means from another universe which collapsed... So since God could not self-create, and there was nothing to create God, therefore God cannot exist.
Prove this statement. Your argument is based on a logical fallacy, and therefore invalid. I simply pointed that out.
As far as we know we are in one the only issue is I don't claim to know how it happened and the theists plus in a deity or deities to do it. But since we don't know of any other universes until humanity gets there it doesn't make any sense to make claims on design or a special creation just assume we are here and we should deal with the things we know our true. That isn't philosophical BS since it means nothing to me its what one can prove using actual reasonable evidence under the scientific method which has been proven and tested. You viewing this on technology born from the tree of science not philosophical debate.
Theists usually claim that their god is all-powerful and all present. Setting aside the obvious dilemma of whether the universe can even coexist with an infinite entity, God should be obvious, indeed impossible to overlook, not something we can metaphorically close our eyes to. Theists also make the claim that "absence of evidence is not evidence of absence". But evidence only exists for finite entities, like flying pink elephants. I'd have to search the whole universe before I could prove or disprove the existence of flying pink elephants. Because God is all-present, he should be obvious to me no matter where I am. Therefore, God has his own special rule: absence of proof is proof of absence. All I see in Godel's ontological argument are baseless presuppositions and bad logic. Computers didn't prove the existence of God from his "theorem", they reiterated the fact that "garbage in, garbage out".
Matter may not have always existed but space has. Perhaps matter is just other dimensions of space curled up into tiny 'bubbles'.
Well the Law of Conservation of Matter/Energy states that matter/energy can be neither created nor destroyed to it must have always existed.
Under normal circumstances matter can't be created or destroyed but there are extremes where that law collapses, like the jets of matter emitted by black holes.
