This is starting to look like one of those Palestinian photo ops where the Palestinians drag recently deceased bodies and place them where an Israeli bomb fell. Then they photo the Israeli "carnage".
I wonder if any of the posters are taking notes of the defense here and forwarding them to the DA's office for voir dire.
People suffering major trauma can die from heart attack, especially if doctors have not identified risk of heart attack from the injury.
Denizen is right. Intentionally being hit by a car and dying of a heart attack immediately thereafter is murder in VA.
Lol...Yeah, getting run down by a cowardly alt right nazi terrorist had nothing to do with it. Stop your embarrassing turd polishing. What is wrong with you people?
They're Nazi sympathizers, and duty calls them to a new Reich. I tend to avoid people like that like the plague, but in 2007 rode with a tow truck driver from Jacksonville, while he was towing my car home late at night. He talked for a half hour about what a great guy Hitler was, and how he had some really good ideas...These Nazi sympathizers are like cockroaches, hidden everywhere, ready to crawl out of the sewers.
Watching you people make excuses for one of your ilk mowing down people with an automobile is vile and disgusting. Hillary Clinton described folks like this accurately.
Beforeitnews is a right wing fake news site with a history of made up stories designed to appeal to the deplorables who eat this sort of reprehensible trash up. It's source was a white supremacist who made it up. Naturally, it's spreading through the white trash universe of skinhead sites, reddit, and 4chan, where the alt right lives. This is trash made up by trash for trash.
Would they definitely not? Death by heart attack on the part of someone with a heart condition seems pretty mitigating. However, it'd be hard to argue that the impact didn't cause the heart attack, and "well he didn't know she had a heart condition" isn't going to fly as those are the chances you take when you drive a car into a crowd. I started writing this short post thinking he had a case; not sure now.
Sadly, Trump, Brexit etc. makes these guys feel like they now have legitimacy. Watch a lot more of them crawl out of the woodworks and openly stand up for their Nazi ideals.
He did a lot wrong, and he'll be lucky to get away with anything less than something like "driving a car with intent to cause extreme harm". You know this, right? However, the actual logistics of the event are interesting. I had assumed this was an open/shut murder case, which looks unlikely now. But again, there's no way he'll get away with less than the above, or whatever the actual framing of the law is.
So he runs his car into a crowd of people but "didn't have intentions of killing them" ? Horsepuckey. A traumatic event, like getting hit deliberately by a car, can trigger a heart attack.
Do you call anyone posting an opinion you're uncomfortable with a "Nazi"? These were not remotely peaceful protesters; saying this doesn't make anyone anything beyond factual.
