i believe the US govt. should guarantee all black persons free college education, invest $100 billion+ in improving majority black primary and secondary schools, and free healthcare for all black persons if they can't afford it. Also free job/skills training for all blacks and tax-free industry zones in black urban areas.

such a program should last 20 years and will pay blacks for centuries of racism and discrimination.

 

There is already class resentment, we need to work to speed up the mainstreaming, and set GOALS, signposts, of assumed progress. With lessening of equalizing measures as those goalls get met.
