Notice how Europe is gradually becoming more like the Middle East. (Yes, in many of these other countries they marry off 11-year-old girls to old men, and by that I mean “marry” with quotation marks) This wasn't “consensual” at all. He was a stranger in a park and the little girl felt intimidated like she couldn't say no. Another example of Europe buckling under pressure to be more accommodating to a foreign culture. Sweden lets old men with child brides to continue to abuse them in refugee centers
No way - the French liberals would go ballistic at the very idea of it! The horse has long since bolted, so it's far too late to lock the stable door. Well done Mrs Merkel and her liberal disciples.
They didn’t “excuse” him, they brought a lesser charge of sexual assault because their legislation in the area is fundamentally flawed. The situation would have been (possible has been) exactly the same if the attacker hadn’t been a migrant. The only difference is that the tabloid trash wouldn’t have bothered reporting it and you wouldn’t have cared. This case should drive pressure for French government to significantly improve their law here but I suspect it will actually be used to attack migrants instead.
In the kind of scandalous affair, a 17 YO who gang murdered a chinese tailor got 2 years of prison. Which mean two things : murder isn't harsh punished in France. Revenge seems to be a good option so. I'm against death penalty, but they're is one thing who is much worst that death penalty : laxism. Between two evil, I prefer death penalty to lawism.
Not really. A law is prepared to fix a consens age. Macron governement try both to express their love to migrants to please their left wing, and to seems sometime harsh to please their right wing.
Trust you to ride to the rescue of the perceived 'underdog'! God you're so infuriatingly sanctimonious from your self-righteous little bubble on the moral high ground!
Which underdog do you image I’m defending here? I’m only correcting misrepresentation of the facts by the media, something you have no issue with when you’re the one doing it. I think you need to do something to address your anger issues.
I'm talking more about a revolution than as a crime fighting measure. Many governments, including yours, are creating an extremely dangerous world. These liberal governments are making the world more dangerous for civilized people, and more advantageous for those who would tear society down.
calling fake news here, no one would allow that ok, read article, the crime happened in his country where it was legal, they could not prosecute it in france unless it happens in france sick, but sadly not much they could do, same would be true here
"Because Islam’s prophet Muhammad married and had sex with a prepubescent child," sounds like the Joseph and Mary defense?
"after a Syrian refugee arrived for asylum with his 12-year-old bride" he arrived when she was 12, so have to assume he was not
where did I say that, no, if he has sex with the child when in France, he shoudl be arrested and the key thrown away sadly it was legal where he came from, nothing they can do about it
they could of done that, course the child if probably safer in France, if he has sex with her there he goes to prison, in his old country nothing woudl happen to him you would have to ask them why they choose to allow them in
Okay I'll address my anger issues if you'll address your holier-than-thou issues. You should change your name to HolyJoe?
Yayyyy, let's do it! And when they've topped their 'enemies inside' we can borrow their guillotines to top ours? Bring on the tumbrils??
I don' trust any revolution but the one in the heart of people. I think that change in a nation is first the sum of change of all people. The people that french elect are the reflection of the french people, and yes, when we see Hollande, Sarkozy or Macron, we rarely consider that fact as ca compliment.
I'm not so sure that elections in western countries can be trusted anymore. More and more it's coming out that the Clintons had the DNC and members of the media on their payroll. Who knows how deep this corruption goes.
I think in France it's not the problem. The first round* of the election wans't quitte good for Macron, he got 24 % of the vote, which is kinda poor for a first turn in France when often people got at least 27 or 32 % to go the secund round. To elect people of the parliamant, they were only 50 % of voters. In France, the medias are owns by very few people. Either the state (France télévision & France radio) or by billionnaires (Bouygues, Dassault, Bolloré), so they don't need to trick the elections, they have everything they need to controle people by propaganda.
