Yeah, pretty much what I said. There are two levels of clean. Everything involved up until flame out needs to be soap and water clean. Once you turn the flame off, everything needs to be soap and water clean and sanitized.

Bleach is the # one choice because things have to be Sanitized.
Everything that comes in contact with the Beer { all utensils and
equipment } has to be sanitized.
Most Beer nuts don't know that.

Forgot to tell everyone that I had homemade chicken & potato soup with vegies yesterday evening while I was drinking tequila. Yum it was good !!

Tonight I had some of the leftovers (I made 3 servings originally and chilled 2 of them in the fridge for later). No alcohol to go with it this time however since I am on call tonight for any emergencies at work.

Soup was still really good !!

For brewing/fermenting I always clean and sterilize all the utensils. No reason not to.

I have made strawberry, and cherry, and plain sugar wines.

    They all came out great.

The cherry came out the best.

I buy bottled drinks for drinking.

For tea and coffee and soup I boil the tap water obviously so no chance of germs surviving. City water is supposed to be free of dissolved metals.

I do not drink tap water without boiling it first. Too dangerous anywhere.

Unless you boil it, tap water is only good for cleaning and bathing/showering.

Run-off water at the very least needs to be filtered.

An anti-bacterial grade filter should be used because bacteria from dust can get into the R/O water easily. For example, Farmer Brown has a manure field. Wind blows over the manure field up into the sky and clouds. Rain falls with manure dust in it. Manure dust has E.coli in it.

Boiling R/O water is highly recommended or treating it with chlorine bleach.

I have drunk stream water on backpack trips, but never without filtering it with a Swiss filter that takes out everything including germs. The same principle applies to R/O water at home.

I could not tell what they are talking about. That is when written communications is really bad -- when it cannot be understood.

    Thanks for the heads-up.

Yesterday I also put a DVD into my player, and apparently watched the movie, but I cannot remember doing it nor seeing it.

One tequila, two tequila, seven tequila, floor !!

a simple way is to look at what the rich drink, the more expensive the healthier. they have to live long in order to enjoy the fruits of their labors.

Icelandic Glacial Natural Spring Water, 1.5 Liter, 12 Count is $35.66, and 8 glasses a day or more is necessary for optimal health.

tap water is probably worst because it comes out of the metal pipes and is free, that is one reason why the poor and oppressed suffer from alcoholism, sugar addictions, laziness, and other ungodly behaviours.

My day is starting out with potato pancakes again. Today is my Sunday so I have time to cook something good for breakfast.

I'll have hot chocolate with it today and detox off coffee for one day at least.

I wont drink tap water here. It smells like chlorine.

I drink Poland Spring water. I don't care if its not spring feed. I actually don't care if it comes out of a parking lot in Maine. It tastes good and doesn't smell like chlorine. Dasani water is horrible. The only water you can drink and be thirstier after you drink it. Like..Man that was refreshing. Im going to have another one.... Im still thirsty. 5 bottles later and 2 bathroom trips you're like...hey wait a minute. Im still thirsty. lol
Cokes revenge for being out sold by Pepsi's MtDew.

I don't take any medication. Not even over the counter. I took Aleve for a short while because my leg started slowing me down but I had a concern about the side effects and becoming dependent on it for pain relief. I stopped taking it and dealt with the pain. I figured this way my body is more in touch with itself knowing it needs to heal because it being babied isn't an option.
This body is coming along for the ride. Not the other way around.
lol Im odd and freely admit it.

    Bar Sock Hop time!
My bobby sock has a hole in it. My big toe will freeze but what the hell. Ill take one for the team. I probably should polish that nail but I don't have any polish. I do have a red magic marker.
    Good enough.

Must be a sign of the times. You just cant find a crinoline skirt with a poodle on it anymore. All they got is crinoline skirts with pit bulls. Come on! What's the deal with that?
