Exposure to over 2 centuries of political shuck and jive has left most ordinary Americans with at least a limited immunity.

Political chanting can be safely ignored. It does not rise to the level of criticism.

Coke is actually perfect for most creole dishes - especially gumbo.
Perhaps that is why the French reverently refer to Coke as American champaigne. ;-)

It's ok as a beverage with food.

It will tear up your stomach if drank alone though.

Technically wouldn't it take at least some time to
determine if one is a " Moron ".
Like what President Trump is undergoing.

Just because some posts are a bit moronic does not prove the posters really are morons. Nevertheless, time management is important. ;-)

Water is the best thing for quenching a thirst. Coke and gumbo is the real thing.

Sounds delicious - too good for me. I go very light for breakfast - heavier lunch to push through the afternoon.

As far as my 2 cents worth. Most Men are accustomed to having the
same breakfast every morn.Consider it playing it safe.
Plus consistency is paramount when starting the day .
I have 2 Breakfast options. One is soup and a sandwich on really
cold days and the other is my standard breakfast.

An egg or a couple of sardines usualy works for me. A small portion of corned beef fried with onions is good - when I have the time is good.

Men,at least those Men I grew up with as a kid, knew themselves pretty well.
They knew just what kind of haircut they wanted. What kind of food and
especially what kinda Booze. What kinda chicks.
They didn't have time to piddle around and decide on what to
eat for breakfast. They knew what they normally craved.
Unlike Humphrey Bogart who just as soon have ham & eggs for
dinner. Most folk don't know he grew-up a Country club boy.
I still think Breakfast may be The most Important meal of the day.,
That's why you don't wanna screw-around or experiment.
Real men, know pretty much what they like or dislike.
That's one definition of a Man.

We have entered into a sort of emasculated phase of Manlessness.
As witnessed by Bradley Manning { changed sex } deciding to
    run for Senate in Maryland.
    Or a former Olympian Bruce Jenner { Once on a box of - Wheaties - }
deciding he'd ruther put on makeup and a dress.
This is how Society's and Civilization become uprooted and
not for the good.No good can come of it.
It is the beginnings of being virtueless.Lacking efficacy and/or
    operating qualities.

I used to have my main meal at lunch.

But now, I eat lite meals all day long.

Breakfast has a lot of protein and it is a meal to last 4 to 6 hours.

No lunch. Just two half sandwiches every 3 hours.

Supper is usually soup of some kind with meat and vegies.

Everything is homemade and tastes better than restaurant or fast food.
