Almost all prepared foods have added sugar and salt. Canned soups are loaded the sodium, and everytime you have bones left you have what you need for a soup base.

 

My view from work today.

 

Fresh food is definitely best.

Fresh frozen is in 2nd.

I rarely buy anything canned except tomatoes.

 

What is Fresh Frozen.?
A person can either be Frozen to death or Not be
frozen to death.But they can't be boat.
One can either Freeze their assets or not freeze their
assets but they can't do both.

 

For breakfast:

fried turkey sausage patty

2 fried eggs over easy

orange juice.

As @Smartmouthwoman would say, enough protein for the lived long day.

 

When you have everything you need to make a good stock you can freeze what you do not use - beats the canned stuff.
I am going to try freezing it in ziplocks.

 

When they Fresh Freeze you they can still roll out a clone from a cold slice - something to look forward to.

 

Canned tomatoes can work. The acid makes additives unnecessary.

 

I take it they have not managed to ruin San Diego yet.

 

It is absolutely off the hook with homeless.

Well, if you have to be homeless, I guess San Diego would be the best spot to pick.

I've always wondered about the homeless in places like Boston. Even in the worst of situations, you could walk. Homeless in Boston, you'd likely freeze to death.

 

Especially when there is a newspaper strike.

I usually cook-up about 2 to 4 meals at a time, and this keeps fine in the fridge.

I just make sure I eat it for the next 2 to 4 days.

 

A few homeless freeze to death in the Rocky Mountain states too.

There are homeless shelters and in addition special winter facilities opened to them like national guard rotundas.

These all require armed private security. The cities do not have enough police to watch over them.

 

I have learned to cook many still frozen meat dishes in partially covered pans on relatively high heat. It is fast and good - but tricky.

 

Always best to boil and then simmer everything about 10 minutes.

Kills all the germs and the germ toxins too.

 

The trick is to know when the meat is really done - trial an error is involved when cooking from fozen in a pan - but it is possible.

Have never heard of anyone elese doing it. I am a rebel in the kitchen.
Now if I ever stop posting you will know what happened and how sick I am.

 

Okey Dokey I think we got it now.
What happens AFTER you eat.I mean,do you have
dreams of naps where you are still eating or fixing meals.

 

That is an unfortunate truth.

 

I roll into downtown at 5:00 am and there is a sidewalk camp about every 100 feet or so. The city is still power washing sidewalks with bleach to try and curb the Hep A outbreak. I brown bag my lunch for that job. There are restaurants around the high rise I’m working on but I’m afraid to touch a doorknob.

 

Also any beneficial nutrients.Plus charred meat is
BaD for you.It enables cancer.They have ran studies
showing how charred meat fed Rats caused cancer.
It is far better to have a bloody rare steak than
a well done steak.That's the bottom line.
I like my steaks medium to medium rare.
Pink ... not Blue { very rare }.

 

To think that there were songs sung by Great Americans
as Al Jolson.Few americans have done as much to publicize
California as did Al Jolson,who performed and wrote the
Lyrics for " California,Here I Come "
