Actually you can show up unannounced because like I said, the counterprotestors had permits of their own. Beside the 12 years old playing in the park we have the case of the black family man with no criminal record killed in front of his wife and two children after being stop by a cop for a routine traffic stop and making the error of informing the cop that he happen to be legally arm at the time.

A black legally arm is enough reason to killed him in front of his family it would seems.

 

But the reality is....the State isn't just out murdering civilians.
