I said pro-Russia, not Russia. And he was charged with conspiracy against the US, including his unregistered work for them. And what the act the conspired to do is a felony.

It is if you are a campaign member. As I've already mentioned.

Really? What would the charge be? Trump Jr. has admitted taking the meeting with the expectation of getting some dirt on Hillary. He was told that is what the meeting was going to be about. In fact that was just bait to get to talk to him about something else. If this amounts to conspiracy to commit a crime why has he not been charged?

    So,some other things I'm curious about---throughout Mueller's indictment he mentions " Co-conspiritors" So, who are those co-conspiritors?
Also,is no one else even curious that the Russian's came over in 2013 to set things up-Well,seems they already knew in 2013 what campaign to center around--I just can't imagine the Russian's having so much knowledge about our election without American help---So, who was that American help?
Was there no red flags in the campaign ,you know ( the unwittingly )when people had a Russian accent with perhaps a name like Smith or Wilson or Jones?

You're missing the point. Perhaps on purpose. Why didn't the Drumpf campaign immediately make the FBI aware of past contacts with Russian nationals?

Conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor IS a Felony.

Since you have no clue what you are talking about, you might be best advised to stay out of the thread.

    Stick with what you know.

    Just some friendly advice.

    Carry on.:salute:

You need to bone up on the facts of the case. Consulting with the Ukrainians on a pro Russia basis in 2005 plus is affecting the 2016 election by working with the Russians is how, exactly???? Your stretched rubber band is about to break. He was not charged with conspiracy against the US. The closest he came to that was being charged with an incorrect foreign registration form -- which almost all foreign agent registration forms are.

No, it is not. You need to bone up on the law, too, and get away from your wishful thinking.

Trump said there was no collusion.

Trump never denied that there was meddling.

Let me think....... because they had no obligation to and there was no illegality involved?????? As far as I know neither the Trump nor the Clinton campaign informed the FBI when they had lunch and went to the restroom. Clinton didn't even inform the FBI when she was paying the Russians for dirt. Now that might be something.

Have you, yourself, actually met anyone who claims that they were tricked out of their vote by the Russians?

Were you, yourself, tricked out of your vote for Hillary Clinton by Russia?

Do you think that anyone was actually tricked out of their vote for Hillary Clinton by the Russians?

Do you think that even failed attempts to trick people out of their vote should invalidate an election?

Do you mean I have to have some knowledge of your imaginary laws to participate in this forum.? Can you direct me to the PF rules of posting for that??? You know what they say about glass houses....... people who do not know what they are talking about should not accuse others of not knowing what they are talking about.

Less than 10000 bots in 2.5 billion members. I doubt anyone noticed.

    See there's the problem.

"As far as you know" isn't very far at all.

Clinton didn't pay Russians at all. And yes...Steele DID inform the FBI as to what he found.

How many bots does it take? Each one being retweeted and liked and followed thousands of times...

Hell even Trump was retweeting Russian bot tweets.

How many followers does HE have?

And if the weren't meanwhile there were far more numerous counter parts that were liked and retweeted millions of times at most they made some background noise.

You do understand that the fact that these Russians were indicted means they violated the law, right?

Interesting. Do you know that the Clinton and Trump campaigns did tell the FBI when they went to lunch?
I slightly misspoke: I should have more correctly said, " Clinton didn't even inform the FBI when she was paying for dirt from the Russians."

It's so very sad to see you, someone I assume to be a patriotic American, twist yourself in knots trying to defend Don just because you made the mistake of voting for him.

Of course it does not mean that; never has and never will, at least until the Dems and progressives get their police state instituted. You really really and truly need to brush up on basic law.

I invite you to turn to page 4 of the indictment and read where it says..............COUNT ONE (Conspiracy to Defraud the United States).

For goodness sakes, these are INDICTMENTS. These people are now fugitives who will be arrested if they step foot on American soil or go to countries with which we have extradition agreements. Stop kidding yourself.

I didn't say someone indicted could not be arrested. I said an indictment is not proof of guilt like you claimed.

That's how all indictments read. Only the uninitiated think that means guilty.
