the guy at the hotel they scared the guy to death, then told him to craw towards them with his ankles crossed and hands up, while screaming at him they were gonna kill him, that was definitely an example of how a cop should not act, btw that cop did kill the innocent white guy even after he tried so hard to comply to the crazy cops orders

 

They told him to stop reaching for his pants numerous times. Moral of the Story: Do what the cops tell you to you and the odds are you won't get shot. Disobey at your own peril.
