Perhaps he doesn't have a phone (aged 14 is pretty young after all) - perhaps the mobile device that he owns and is used to having his head down looking at is a non-cellular tablet.

You realize that the vast majority of black Americans will never be involved in a violent crime, right? So to assume that every black American citizen you see is a criminal in the making is the epitome of racial stereotyping.

There are over 44 million black American citizens. Less than 1% will be involved in any type of violent crime. I know you're about to pull the, "well, 50% of crime is committed by black people ..." crap, but given that less than 1% of any race will be involved in violent crime, it's still a bit asinine to assume, as you have, that the average black American citizens is out to get you.

By changing the predominant culture. It would take time but it's possible. There's not an easy fix and all the crap about so called White Privilege doesn't help in the least.

That is certainly a possibility.

 

Fact: Blacks dominate interracial crime especially violent crime. This would include home invasion as well as homicide. With things like Polar Bear Hunting, do you not think that suspicion is warranted within the proper context.
