For the 6th time, when I go to lunch, Starbucks, Panera Bread, and Wegmans all allow people to sit without ordering, using the wifi. Starbucks and the police have apologized for the incident, your own hatred is all that is keeping this thread going !!!!!

But this particular Starbucks, which you have never been to, has a policy of 'buy or leave' due to their inner city location and past problems with homeless folks and loiterers. That's why they have a locked bathroom........whereas I have never been to a Starbucks or Panera with a locked restroom due to the fact I hang out in predominately White areas that don't encounter similar problems. So much for your anecdotal 'evidence'.....

 

I suggest you learn what "the truth" is. It's not what you claim to observe. Only you know what you observe, or even if you observe anything at all.
Starbucks, like all businesses in the food and drink service category, don't give away free space to people who just want to sit
around and take up room. That's not how you turn a profit and pay the rent.

And even if you claim to have seen this corporate policy still is the final word. There is nothing more ridiculous than someone who insists

Strange as it been reported that there was a white gentleman who sat at a table for halve an hour or so without ordering and another white who stop in just to used the restroom while out jogging.

There should had been a sign that non-whites need to order before sitting down or using the restrooms.

 

An of course by your world view only blacks need to order first to sit down or used the bathrooms as only blacks are trouble makers.

 

Reported by whom? Verified by whom? Who kept an eye on an anonymous white guy for half an hour (not halve, by the way) and can reliably testify he bought nothing?

These claims go into the rubbish bin with the claim that the man the two black guys were waiting to meet with was actually buying coffee at the time...something they themselves never claimed.

LOL I hear it on NPR reported by a woman customer that was there before the **** hit the fan but then we all know that unlike Fox NPR can not be believed.

Like the story of the guy that the two blacks had come to Starbucks to meet with buying coffee, it's all uncorroborated blather.

Did Starbucks have a policy about people loitering in their businesses? Yes. Did these two black gentlemen violate that policy? Yes.

Or go out of business because they capitulated to racists.

 

Black people are certainly highly priviledged in our society. That is why they earn so much more than whites, live in better houses, go to college more often , attend private schools more often and have longer lifespans than whites.

And that doesn't even include the fact that they are priviledged enough to be shot at a higher percentage by the cops.

 

You claimed this man (Yaffe) was buying coffee for the black men as they were arrested. This just did not happen. Maybe you should get your story straight.
Maybe people should buy some product when they come into a business and take up space from potential buying, not loitering, customers.

 

Well, if you watch, read or scroll the news that is pretty much the reality.........this generation of blacks is probably the most coddled, entitled and privileged group in the history of mankind.
