    Unfricking believable!

    California has gone completely bonkers.

The politicians running this state are a bunch of Facists.

Simple solution: Just claim you have 10 illegals living in your home and they'll up your allotment without question.

Interesting... I hope this effort suceeds and I hope they are able to find and fix the system leaks mentioned in the article..

My biggest question is- do your gallons roll over, like cell phone minutes... I certainly don't shower every day or, God forbid, do laundry every day(WTF?), so I build up my water needs...

Interesting... have to follow up on this one..

When I was in SA, i found fascinating that petrol was cheaper than water per liter.

I believe its okay to regulate water use in certain areas If its a issue to the environment or some other extreme cases, otherwise it falls into comunism: 10 eggs a week per person and a long line to get them

And the hits just keep on coming! They could do this efficiently by having the illegal alien protection bureau double up and also become the water usage patrol.

Question, do you know how much of a drought California has been in? Until the state legislature decides to invest in dams to redistribute water throughout the state, there is going to have to be a limit to the amount of water people can use.

You can always use bottled water.

California has been in a drought since the 1970's. That's when restaurants stopped giving you a glass of water with your meal. At what point is Cslifornia just declared a desert and we stop thinking it's a temporary drought?

Rain fall never seems to hit California much, so that doesn’t help.

On the one hand, if they are truly running out of water then it is understandable that something has to be done. On the other hand, if the illegals were all deported, would there be enough water left for California's legal citizens not to have to deal with water rationing?

Maybe if the illegals would stop taking showers all would be fine. Oh wait, they don't?

Put in place some desal, I'm using all the water I want. I have a 200L spa followed by a 5 minute shower each night and I pay for it.

Install a water meter bypass pipe, this way the meter reads only half the water usage.

My wife’s bathtub takes 50 gallons to fill every morning. Her highness isn’t about to give that up.

We now know who Dems want for governor here-he used to give his 19 year old girlfriend alcohol in public...

So, when the news first broke that San Francisco's popular 39-year-old mayor Gavin Newsom was dating a 19-year-old model and restaurant hostess (she's since turned 20), the city buzzed with gossip -- and more than a little scuttlebutt -- about the City by the Bay's newest power couple.

First, the San Francisco Chronicle reported that Brittanie Mountz, who played lacrosse for Sonoma State University, had suddenly changed her age on her MySpace page from 19 to 26. Then, the paper's political columnists scooped that Mountz, who is under the legal drinking age in California, was pictured holding a glass of wine at a recent gala that Newsom attended. The mayor's spokesman quickly responded that Newsom has never provided Mountz with alcohol, adding, "If she was drinking, the mayor didn't notice."

And it's only a misdemeanor now to steal a firearm, yet it is a crime to possess a legally purchased handgun that holds more than 10 in the clip

Isn't it a crime now for waiters to hand out plastic straws? The infinite wisdom of leftism on full display.
