    There's 'selective service'(the cake with its tastes) and then there's obligatory service(claiming yourself a diner and serving to the public.) There are of course notable exceptions for rude, violent people etc but by all accounts those exceptions didn't happen. Regardless of what you think of Ms. Sanders, she's entitled to basic service like everyone was(including the gay couple in Seattle.)

    They could've just gotten a plain cake, and hired someone to do the decorating, they could've asked someone if they knew a LBGT-friendly cake person to do it.

    Big eye roll! Of course there is. I couldn't turn away a person in my restaurant with a Bernie Sanders t-shirt just because I think he us a naive despicable dope.

    Not that I support the restaurant in the slightest, discrimination like this is never warranted:

    But is it legal for a politician to use their government form of communication to publicly shame a private company? I know it’s supposed to be illegal to promote one...

    Not that rule of law or the perception of neutrality matters anymore.

    They asked her to leave not because they didn't like her. They asked her to leave because she works for president trump. That's a group they're discriminating against.

    The court got it right. That was a First Amendment issue. The baker didn't discriminate against gays as he had provided his services to this very couple in the past. His religious convictions kept him from participating in a gay wedding.

    This guy acted out of hatred and bigotry.

    Nice try, but you failed miserably. You don't have a "shrewd" of a point.
