So the answer is yes, we should have no communication about our shared commitment against Islamic terrorism.
No, the people in america that think everyone else thinks america should roll over for them are the stupid ones.
I think trump will do that all on his lonesome. After their 90 minute Private chat, I expect a stage managed attempt by both to smear the witchhunt investigation. I wonder if he'll once again try to float the "impenetrable joint cyber force" with Russian that he tweeted last year. And I'll lay even money that he promotes a "let bygones be bygones" on Crimea, Georgia and Ukraine.
Trump won't listen to Putin.. He'll just immediately come out with some big bragging headline. BTW, Cuba has a new constitution that allowed private property ownership.
Keep straying, keep feeding the monsters that Trump states are under the bed; Congress and the US Intelligence services don't agree with Russia and North Korea Trump supporters simply parrot whatever Trump says, never challenging him!!!!!!
Like who is taking advantage of America? What a world where america's allies and supporting members of the AMERICAN WORLD ORDER are taking advantage of the very nation who built it in the first place. CAn't be any more short sighted and ignorant of history. Right Wing logic 101 PREREQUISITE. thanks for the demo.
If we compete over trade, than we are trade opponents. I mean, I’m not suggesting there’s a need to say it aloud.
James Baker promised Russia after the fall of the wall in Germany that NATO would not go past that to encroach on Russia’s borders. NATO is now encroaching on Russia’s borders since then and Russia has responded. It is one of the reasons Putin has garnered such support from Russians.
Two questions: 1- Do you think there's always a loser in a commercial exchange? If yes: 2- Are you a communist?
If you watched the video in context he meant "foe" as in "competitor" and said that they weren't bad, they were just looking out for their interests just like we are.
How are things so bad? Seems to me the economy Trump inherited is doing OK, in spite of him yet he complains constantly how we are being "taken advantage of". How exactly is that happening? How bad could it possibly be if we have and are doing well? What do you think is going to be gained by his rhetoric? When will you learn he is all talk and no deliver. His policies have no thought or plan behind them. Open your eyes.
I can well believe that Trump is stupid enough - or so full of himself - to believe that Europe thinks like him when it comes to international trade. But that is not the case. The EU exists because Europeans firmly believe in cooperation between nations and in the principle that we are stronger together. Instead of finding ways to make US more competitive in markets, lower labor training costs or help companies do technological development, he believes he can divide his trading partners or wage war on them with tariffs.
Use the recipe that has made trading partners more competitive: - Make higher education more accessible - Require companies to invest massively in manpower training - Introduce tax incentives for companies investing in renewable energy, high technology and venture capital. - ... and many more.
Imagine you're at a game of NLH poker. Trump is bluffing big into pots, table talking like crazy, but somehow when it gets to showdown he usually splits the pot or hits an Ace on the river. Theresa May has taken over while her "friend" is in the toilet, and is pushing all in with 2,7 off suit deliberately trying to bust out. Juncker (the EU) is big stack but tilting hard. They're pushing all in with junk against Theresa May every other hand, knowing that she'll fold the nuts or call with 2,7 off. David Davis and Boris Johnson are friends of Theresa's buddy. They realise what's going on and leave the table to tell him he's being robbed. Putin is the lock sitting in the corner with reflective sunglasses and a hat. He only enters pots with pocket 9s or better. May and Juncker complain that he is a friend of Trump's and seems to be checking down heads up with him.
Not always, but there’s the possibility. It’s the reason why we have such terms as “overpriced” and “ripped off”. It’s not like it’s impossible for one side to take advantage of another side, or for both sides to find themselves in direct competition for economic dealings with a third party. Economic trade is not as simplistic as you imply it to be in this post.
