Sorry, the high-up officials shouldn't be subject to the same type of legal procedures as everyone else. You think just any old prosecutor and any old judge should be able to have the legal power to arrest the President, for example? Not only would that simply be non-pragmatic and senseless, but it could also potentially pose a danger to the political structure. The fact of the matter is, some people are simply going to have more legal protections than others.
