Bottom line is that the only way to stop these transparently political moves is impeachment. That's the only court action I want to see..

Given the integrity of the left's MSM partners, Brennan doesn't even need a human contact to reference. He can just make crap up and say something like "the information I've been able to gather suggests ___________".

The president does have the authority to revoke clearances. It doesn't matter what Brennan "needs" to make a buck consulting. Furthermore, he seems to be doing fine trash talking on TV and has no need to look for a consulting gig that would likely pay him less for running his mouth. But I have no doubt that some court somewhere would attempt to strip the administration of its authority. So Brennan should spend his money on lawyers and in the end he will lose.

Speaking of anecdotes, when I got out of the Navy and got a civilian job I had a valid TS clearance, but for some reason for civilian employment they needed a separate Secret clearance. While awaiting that, they brought me into a room and put me into a cubicle. Engineers on the other side of the cubicle wall were examining blueprints for the submarine class I had just left, and they were asking me questions about the blueprint I was not allowed to see. So I was sort of consulting but had no access to see the classified info. But I was allowed to divulge classified info to people who had the clearance & need to know.

i never said the pres didnt have the power, in all industries, people are paid for consulting work, especially people like brennan who had advanced positions, and it is not petty like putting food on the table.
