    Who says I am referring to a legal term specifically?

    The Mueller investigation is a poisonous tree because there is zero justification for it. Anything produced as a result is fruit of that tree.

    Trump hardly knew the guy and he worked for him for a very short while. Mainly, they talked about adoptions. Nothing to see here. Truth is not Truth.     Rudy in May - Cohen was "honest," and just a few weeks ago he said he didn't think Cohen would lie, saying, "I think he is going to tell the truth."

    Rudy in July - Cohen has "been lying for years ... he's lied all his life," and said he doesn't "see how he has any credibility." Giuliani also said that Cohen has been described as a "pathological liar."
