I've noticed that this thread, for whatever reason, has drawn a larger than usual progressive turnout. Interesting.
And when you purchase a new pair of Nike's you get a free pair of BLM socks. pigs in a blanket...fry em like bacon
Please you and I both know it's only strong for the rich and upper middle class. The price of everything is high and wages are stagnant. Gas, food, imports - everything has gone up up up everything but wages. My wife and I are buying less and spending more. This is of course a boon for shareholders and the stock market but not for me. Your trump economy is an oligarchs wet dream.
It's going great guns for me and for my fellow brown skinned neighbors. But then again we tend not to frivolously toss our money away.
Invoking your right to protest peacefully against something you dislike about the country is an example for me. After all, patriotism is considered the highest form of dissent, is it not?
We're still talking about it two years later. If you really didn't care about it you would've ignored him from the start.

You can love a nation in the same way you love a family member yet still feel the need to call out their flaws.
I'm talking about necessary survival items; produce, meat, etc. That's not being "frivolous." That's the problem with right wing politics and commentators. they never consider -anyone- but themselves in any discussion.
It is undeniable. https://abcnews.go.com/Business/story?id=5017914&page=1 https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-09-21/why-wages-aren-t-growing Less people with disposable income, ie; trickle down failonomics; results in stagnant economic growth. The current boom is resulting from tax cuts for corporate entities who then reinvest and don't pass the savings along to either group the republicans promised would see a windfall; workers or consumers. The right has consistently lied about their tax plans from day one, insisting that these cuts would result in higher wages and lower prices - neither have come to fruition as the oligarchs realized the cash windfall the red state idiots handed them.
