Christine Blasey Ford Has Agreed to Testify

Will it be public, or private? Will she convince anyone that hasn't already decided by their political views that she is telling the truth?

 

Too late to keep anything private. We will see if she can prove anything or not.

 

How much does anyone want to bet the date she's supposed to testify keeps getting pushed out?

And I can already predict what she's going to say:

"blah blah blah, I'm traumatized for life, I struggle with intimacy and relationships, from the day that happened I've felt degraded and less than myself, I'm suicidal, and on and on and on with crap that has nothing to do with anything.

 

Actually, she has not agreed to testify. The team calling the shots have indicated she might testify, pending details that are still to be worked out.

This is the same BS her team has been playing for days, so the announcement is nothing new.

Since the deal was that she had to provide her answer by 2:30pm, her answer is that she has declined to meet the deadline, and thus declined to accept the invitation to tell her side of the story. People can draw conclusions from that.

The committee should honor that reply and move on.

Her ludicrous demands were disagreeable to say the least. I still say, they have no intention of letting her testify.

Having said that... the way spineless Grassley is neglecting his duty and walking around kicking the dust and saying "aww gee...what should I do??"... I can see this thing dragging out to the point of an episode on The Twilight Zone.

 

And you would retract this ridiculous statement if she testify correct?? Somehow I think not.

 

I have no doubt the liberals have more tricks up their collective sleeve. I had heard her lawyers demanded that he testify before her so they could plan their strategy around his answers. I can't imagine that would be allowed, but it smacks of a fictional story.

 

Grassley and his band of panty wearers at this point could not surprise me if they lined up and kissed her feet.
Their complete lack of testosterone and fear and trembling of looking bad is making them look worse than anything.

 

Christine Blasey Ford would have refused to testify, proof would have been given that she was a liar.

But what will the Trumpsters find now that she will come forward, in front of millions of people, to tell her story,

 

She's already stated that she can't prove anything.

 

She'll tell her story and Kavanaugh denies it....that's about it.

 

There is no indication that is going to happen.

All indications are she won't testify, and that will provide that basis for the talking points the NDP has been planning to use with their MSM partners.

 

She is stalling and will not testify. This will go on and on, the Republicans just need to vote and get on with life. Also:

Fourth witness testifies that she never met Kavanaugh at any party. It's to the point where granting a hearing is borderline insulting. It IS insulting. It's insulted our rule of law, it's insulted our due process. It's insulted America. But hey, since when does the Democratic Party give a CRAP about the USA? Count on the fact she will have rehearsed her sobbing and count on the flowing of tears.

 

Let me explain the very basics of criminal law: You get indictments of a person when you establish probable cause(As explained in the Page saga, meaning: Likely probability that the event occurred) and with that warrant, you arrest person X and then bring them to trial.

Christine Ford gets to skip EVERY ****ing legal step, and she hasn't even come CLOSE to establishing probable cause. The Senate, for all time has disgraced itself. I HATE the US Senate. This is the most I've ever been depressed/angry/hateful towards the institution. And yet, still I will respect law and order.

What I won't respect is the institution of Congress. They don't respect themselves.

 

She's a liar ... And will NOT testify .

All Brett Kavanaugh has to say is "I've never met Ms. Ford in an informal setting" and the onus will be on her to actually prove that. Case closed in about 3 minutes. Seriously Grassley, WTF are you doing?

 

Lawsuits are about money they do not prove anything.
