http://www.criminalgovernment.com/docs/sheriff/index.html The Sheriff Has Authority To Deny Federal Agents Access To His County The U.S. government's authority is limited to the prosecution of treason, counterfeiting, piracy on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nations The FCC is able to carry out raids on small community radio radio stations as the result of ignorance of the law, fear, and apathy. If Hillsborough County, Florida, Sheriff Cal Henderson had fulfilled his Oath of Office, he would have prevented Federal agents from carrying out their Nov. 19, 1997, pre-dawn raid on Lutz Community Radio. Any student of the Constitution knows very well that the true criminals in this matter are the Sheriff and those who elected him. This page contains information that conclusively shows there are sheriffs who are aware of the unlawful activity of Federal agents and will work to prevent it. It is true that most county sheriffs are either unaware of their ultimate authority or are afraid to exercise it. However, it is only necessary to clearly show that one educated sheriff has successfully restricted the access of federal agents to his county. The documents below were generated during the course of litigation arising from the unlawful raid of Federal immigration agents upon the home of one Ramon Castaneda, a citizen of Big Horn County, Wyoming. Mr. Castaneda won the lawsuit. He did not want a large monetary award. He wanted to prevent such unlawful federal activity in the future. An agreement was reached wherein the sheriff established a policy requiring all Federal agencies to submit for his approval certain specific details concerning any proposed enforcement actions.
the Feds were not stopped on the basis of jurisdiction. Any police action can be stopped by a court. You are making my case for me.
If a state does not make a law enforcement exception for carrying a gun w/o a permit, federal LEOs without the relevant state permits can be arrested and charged for illegal carry.
And you will be nowhere to be found when armed others move to enforce your dream. Then, as now, there will be an assumption that all the eggs are in one basket.
It is not facts that are being denied. Just the baseless speculation on the part of one who is not a citizen of the united states, and has no idea how the law of the united states actually works.
What is being presented on the part of yourself is indeed being denied, because what is being presented on the part of yourself is not facts.
Nope it's a fact. You have three choices. Politely comply, be arrested or fight back and be killed. I am assuming you will choose the first. Am I wrong?
The three choices are contingent upon government actually knowing where privately owned firearms are actually located. And since the united states does not possess a central firearms registry, no such records of locations actually exists, making efforts at locating them in a coordinated effort all but impossible. Not everyone values their continues existence above all else. There are those who will not think twice about dying, and they will not hesitate to kill as many individuals of a particular group classified as being enemies as possible. Suicide bombers are a prime example of such.
Too many individuals who have complied with the demands of criminals have been murdered, despite offering no resistance that would anger their assailants. Why should it be believed that agents of government would not demonstrate the same manner of engagement?
If government has truly become tyrannical, and is engaged in the practice of forcefully depriving private individuals of their legal property, despite the fact they have done nothing wrong to warrant such behavior, why would such a course of engagement not be considered acceptable, or even morally correct?
