They're asking for an FBI investigation because they do the background checks. They won't provide a conclusion, but they can provide supporting evidence and they come back and tell us if anyone has lied about anything related to this. The FBI could come back and say there was evidence Ford was in a different country at the time and made it all up, at the same time they could come back and tell us Kav lied about a number of things. We aren't looking at a criminal charge, we just need more evidence to support or disprove these allegations.
