In the West we call this warship a "P/T Boat" -- Patrol/Torpedo Boat. The next class higher is called a "Destroyer" from "P/T Boat Destroyer". The next class higher still is the "Cruiser" from "Destroyer-Cruiser". Then you get into the dreadnaught class (no longer built). And currently frigates have replaced cruisers and destroyers for the most part. Frigates are fast warships. Always have been. Even during the Age Of Sail.
Thanks for the rejoin. I didn't know that. You're totally right. I pulled some information, it's a torpedo boat. These have a duralumin casing and very quick diesel engines. Their maximum speed is almost 50 knots - a record for Bulgaria at the time. They are the first Bulgarian ships equipped with a radar. Some more info: Torpedo Boat "Komsomolets" 123K, built around the 50-60s. Displacement: standard 21.1 tons, full 22.5 tons. Maximum length: 19.3 meters Width is greatest: 3.6 meters Full draft: 0.8 meters Powerplant: 2 diesel M-50 engines, 900 liters each Travel speed: full 50 knots, economic 17 knots Navigation range: 400 miles with 17 knots Seaworthiness: 4 points Autonomy: 1 day Crew: 7 people (1 officer) Radio equipment: 1 radio station, navigation: 1 magnetic compass KI-11, chemical: 3 smoke bombs MDS
^^ I understand this was a village 20 years ago, Vinitsa was a village before a neighborhood, and I understand Americans and Europeans like Bulgaria in a weird kind of way, the way I sometimes like Africa and browse photos of Sierra Leone. I know that feeling. To explore the retarded, the unexplored, but that architecture is deplorable. If I was these people, I would not have built all that. It's plain ugly. It's interesting to look at it, but if you live here, or this is your house, it's plain ugly. If I had a construction company, I would've bought plots of lands, a lot of them, and placed there modern, post-futurist maybe, and old American, old German, English, all types of beautiful architecture. Even old Bulgarian, like the one in Koprivshtica. It's obvious that the generations are getting such stupider dumbbells. I mean, our grandfathers built that 100 years ago and it's a thousand times better than this airy fairy dags from above. This at least looks beautiful. Rest of the photos I googled: http://blog.hotel-extreme.bg/shiroka-luka/ The architecture in Varna is plain retarded and the architectural genius is non-existent.
No catholics. Protestants mostly. Very little Orthodox and Atheist. "Muslims" actually go to Churches, especially those from Rasgrad City. She smiled and blinked me an eye, the little one.
Sure. But you gotta know I'm part Italian and resided in Switzerland before. My mentality is Swiss-twisted. Means, for no friends, I always charge money, no matter what the "help". No wonder why Jews love me.
