    Just has to show up and receive a flurry of breathless compliments on her clothes.

    Nothing wrong with admiring beauty. Most women like to be complimented for their looks and enjoy to make themselves look pretty. Even my 6 year old cousin changes clothes like a teenager (lol) and loves her dresses.

    "admiring" and 'judging" are two different things....it's a shame a 6 year old has been trained to worry about her looks so much...

    The line is thin.

    She hasn't been "trained toworry about her looks", who said that? She's just an ordinary girl who likes princesses and dresses. There is no worrying, she is very confident

    Who said she is being judged on her looks? I only pointed out that she, like most girls her age, likes nail polish, dresses and other cutesy stuff. She is a very bright girl with loads of confidence.

    No, I generally do not like compliments of any kind at all because I am kind of weird. I prefer being told where I did wrong and how I can improve rather than hearing what I did good because I tend to know what that was. :p
